I recently took my little rabbit Manu to see Doctor James White at Animal Eye Services. Manu had somehow poked his eye on something and he had a large white growth over his eye and was in danger of losing his eye before I took him to Animal Eye Services in Lexington Underwood Brisbane. Doctor James White oversaw most of Manu’s care. I was thoroughly impressed with the care Doctor White showed Manu. Doctor White was professional and courteous. And with the checks, medication methods he presecribed and my own and Manu’s efforts. Manu’s eye healed, the growth has subsided and will go away in the coming months. Doctor White was kind enough to acknowledge my own efforts in providing the round the clock care Manu needed in the initial weeks with his eye treatments. Doctor White and his team made the experience of going to the practice a comfortable experience. I can’t speak highly enough of the care Doctor White showed to my rabbit and the great professionalism and customer service he showed. My thanks to Doctor White and the team at Animal Eye Services. If anyone has any eye troubles with their rabbits or any pets, I highly recommend they check out Animal Eye Services. Read Less

My Australian Silky Terrier , Bundy, had lost his sight from cataracts. He had been completely blind for about 9 months and gone from a happy active cheeky dog to one that just laid on his bed and slept. It was sad to see this. We were referred to Animal Eye Services and they removed the cataracts from both eyes in Oct 2017 and my dog is back!!! I will forever treasure his reaction when we got home and he realized that he could see, it was really beautiful. We have follow up with James and have had no problems. I can't thank these wonderful people enough for giving me back my cheeky little dog. All the staff were wonderful and I have no problems saying don't hesitate to use this wonderful service

I wish I could give a higher rating than five stars. If it wasn't for Dr James White and the fantastic staff at Animal Eye Services, our boy Bundy would have lost his eye without question. I cannot express my gratitude enough for everything James has done for Bundy. Not only for his expertise and skill as an ophthalmologist and surgeon, but also for the caring, gentle manner in which he treated Bundy. We are so so grateful. Also a very big thank you to Leonie who endured my many phone calls, answering my equally as many questions, keeping me sane and the after hours phone calls made to James who was more than happy to give advise and alleviate concern when Bundy was recovering after surgery. The staff are all so wonderful, helpful and friendly while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. Thank you all so very much.
I implore anyone with a beloved fur baby who has been told nothing can be done to help them, to get a referral to the Opthomology Team for another opinion. I can assure you that more than one or two miracles have been performed by this wonderful Specialist team.
I cannot recommend Animal Eye Services highly enough.
Thank you James from Bundy🐾🐾 Read Less

Our beautiful 9 year old boodle has been blind for the last year and a half. He coped so well during that time. We had visited another Dr who said restoring his sight was impossible as white fluffy dogs always have problems. Sparky is also a diabetic having insulin twice daily. This Dr said not possible. We were then directed by our wonderful vet Dr Justin Ward to visit Animal Eye Services. We first took our Bichon Millie, who was blind in one eye. They said, no problems. Millie was operated on 4 weeks ago and has her sight restored. What a happy little girl she is now. We cannot thank then enough for that. Millie had only been blind about eight months.
The vet asked about Sparky and said bring him in and we'll have a look € So, a week ago Sparky had both his eyes done with his sight being fully restored. Sparky couldn't quite believe it at first but he now realises that he can really see. This all comes with work, drops, bathing and let me tell you it is soooo worth it from our point of view, not counting what Sparky must think being able to see.
I really want to impress upon anyone who has a dog with eye problems, please come see these Doctors as they are worth their weight in gold. Full of knowledge, love and compassion.
I must also impress the trouble all the staff went to. Everyone was so helpful and caring. I just can't tell you how great our experience was.
Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you have given two of our four dogs sight. This means the world to them and us.
