Avoid avoid avoid !!!! Completely usless and money hunger. I was told to put my cat down as he wasnt going to survive after a car hit him. After going through the emotions and preparing to put him down i asked to do a x ray just to check first; thats right i had to ask to have the x ray done to assess the damage, they just went straight to put him down. I paid alot of money to have surgery prefomed on him and they didnt even do everything that was outlined for me in the bill. No feeding tube wasnt even given oxygen to help him breathe. I then went back the next day and moved him to another animal hospital AES in carrara much to their dislike. Thanks to the AES my cat survived and their fees are much cheaper If my cat stayed in their care im sure he would of died. If you love your pet avoid this practice at all cost Read Less

The staff here are wonderful, would absolutely recommend them. We don't come in much since our older cat passed away, but they knew all knew him and always went above and beyond to make things very calming and comfortable for him.Read Less

I dont think its fair that people are giving bad reviews because their pet died. You're pet may have died anyway regardless of medical interventions from any vet. Each time I have been, price has been outlayed before hand, and I wasn't even billed for some treatments! I am very happy with the services provided! They are thorough and always give the option of "see how you go" rather than having a whole bunch of tests done that may be expensive or not required. Read Less

Took my dog in today and just had the most lovely experience. Dr Louise was just so friendly, helpful and caring as was our vet nurse and all the other staff. I really appreciate that they took the time to educate me and really cared about Pixel. I was nervous about coming in (as was Pix) but I'm so glad we did and we will definitely be back! Read Less

I currently take all four fur-kids to Green Cross Vets Varsity and am always very happy with the love and care they give to each of them! They are always friendly and helpful when needing a last minute appointment and ensure each of our fur-kids are ok after the visit with a message to call if any concerns! Don't ever go anywhere near that mob. Dog walked in , was carried out and was dead just over a day later. Went to get a refund on the medication that wasn't needed and was told I would get back $22 out of $53 paid for. That did it for me. Read Less
