Look after your pet by AVOIDING Reedy Creek Vet.
I took a lost, little and very friendly white dog there that had been hanging around our place, hoping the dog might have an embedded chip that would identify the owner.
I phoned Reedy Creek Vet later to enquire about the dog and was told they had found the owner.
They had not, because the owner had become aware I had been asking questions around the neighbourhood trying to locate her, and she got in touch with me.
Regrettably, it was too late because Reedy Creek Vet wasted little time putting this adorable, little dog down.
It was a lovely, little dog and had made good friends with our dog. We would have loved to adopt it if the owner wasn't found.
All very sad!
Stay well away from Reedy Creek Vet.

Hello Leigh. We request you remove this review IMMEDIATELY as it is a complete fabrication and constitutes defamation which we take very seriously and will be reporting and following up if you do not remove this. We have video camera evidence of the owner being reunited with their dog in our clinic and taking it home. We would NEVER euthanase a stray, what a ridiculous suggestion. At worst if we cannot reunite them with their owners, after a period of time they are collected by the council and taken to the pound. This dog had a microchip and we were easily able to contact the owner and return her dog to her. We have explained all of this to you on the phone and you have caused considerable stress to our team making these false accusations.

I tried this surgery for the first time today and I'm absolutely delighted with the service I received. The reception staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Justin obviously knows his stuff. He's friendly, very thorough and very reassuring. No overservicing and no bill shock at the end.

I had to find a vet for the first time on the Gold Coast early Jan 2018. I relied on Google Reviews and chose Reedy Creek Vet Surgery. I cannot be more thankful for this choice and am so grateful of the experience I had. My very senior cat was unfortunately on the way out. Without going into too much details, the only positive part of that week was finding this vet at the most crucial juncture of her life. The doctor was sincere, thorough, empathic & gave me the right amount of time & space. I will absolutely make this my go-to-vet whenever I'm in town.

A massive thank you to Justin and his team for looking after my little girl, Lightning and for making her passing as gentle, peaceful and dignified as possible. Thank you for all you do for my fur family (and me). Justin has looked after us for the past ten years and he is a truly fantastic person and vet. I have to shout out a huge thank you to Justin and the team at Reedy Creek Veterinary Surgery for today (and the last couple of visits I might add) for putting up with me whinging, covered in cat hair & smelling like cat pee and poop due to my fur baby Toffee littering his travel cage AGAIN!!! This time it happened via school pick up so I had to do a quick cage clean in the school carpark - with tissues, a plastic bag and mineral water (that is all I had)!!!! - leaving my daughter of 12 to hold our fur baby IN THE CAR so he wouldn't escape!!! URGHHHHH - Hopefully one day he realises that we are not trying to put him through torture. Thank you for removing the tumors from Toffees ears and for the follow up phone calls and appointments to make sure he is ok. I am so thankful of you being passionate about the health and wellbeing of my fur baby as I am... and I am pretty sure Toffee thanks you too. ...... Now to go vacuum the car..... tomorrow. <3

Hi. My name is Neville. I first met these humans when I was 4 months old and I found out what a python was. I was a bit floppy and mum said I didn't look too good. These humans saved me. I love them. When I was 7 months old, mum took me back to them to get 'tutored'. It made my balls hurt. Not so fond of mummy but the humans at Reedy Creek Vets were nice to me and gave me something so I didn't hurt. Not liking humans very much at this stage. Then I met another cat. It was nastier than mummy when I got tutored. It bit my tail and I got real cranky and mum and dad didn't know why. So they took me to the humans who fix everything. The nice man at Reedy Creek Vets found what the problem was straight away which is pretty impressive cos I've got a bloody impressive tail!! I love these humans. Anyhoo, so, just as I'm starting to grow back my tail hairs, my sister Alice, the stupid staffy dog, decided to not breathe properly. Then in the morning she was wobbly. Mummy got the Reedy Creek Vet humans to help her. She was really sick cos some dumb tick decided to hitchhike on her. I hate ticks. The vet humans have helped Alice for the last couple of days and she's better but she's still a dog. They educated mummy all about ticks (she's a dumb kiwi and apparently they don't have insects over there), they gave Alice lots of medical stuff and she's a drip and everything! They were really nice to Alice and me and mum and dad and gave us lots of options and support and they've got my balls! Mum and dad love them, Alice loves them. I'm undecided cos every time I go there they shave me. From Neville. AKA the Iron Paw. And Little Lions Mans.

I tried this surgery for the first time today and I'm absolutely delighted with the service I received. The reception staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Justin obviously knows his stuff. He's friendly, very thorough and very reassuring. No overservicing and no bill shock at the end.

I had to find a vet for the first time on the Gold Coast early Jan 2018. I relied on Google Reviews and chose Reedy Creek Vet Surgery. I cannot be more thankful for this choice and am so grateful of the experience I had. My very senior cat was unfortunately on the way out. Without going into too much details, the only positive part of that week was finding this vet at the most crucial juncture of her life. The doctor was sincere, thorough, empathic & gave me the right amount of time & space. I will absolutely make this my go-to-vet whenever I'm in town.

Thank you for all you do for my fur family (and me). Justin has looked after us for the past ten years and he is a truly fantastic person and vet. His compassion, empathy and bedside manner to both humans and fur family members is exceptional. I would never go anywhere else and highly recommend him and his practice to anyone looking for a vet.

I have to shout out a huge thank you to Justin and the team at Reedy Creek Veterinary Surgery for today (and the last couple of visits I might add) for putting up with me whinging, covered in cat hair & smelling like cat pee and poop due to my fur baby Toffee littering his travel cage AGAIN!!! This time it happened via school pick up so I had to do a quick cage clean in the school carpark - with tissues, a plastic bag and mineral water (that is all I had)!!!! - leaving my daughter of 12 to hold our fur baby IN THE CAR so he wouldn't escape!!! URGHHHHH - Hopefully one day he realises that we are not trying to put him through torture. Thank you for removing the tumors from Toffees ears and for the follow up phone calls and appointments to make sure he is ok. I am so thankful of you being passionate about the health and wellbeing of my fur baby as I am... and I am pretty sure Toffee thanks you too. ...... Now to go vacuum the car..... tomorrow. <3

Hi. My name is Neville. I first met these humans when I was 4 months old and I found out what a python was. I was a bit floppy and mum said I didn't look too good. These humans saved me. I love them. When I was 7 months old, mum took me back to them to get 'tutored'. It made my balls hurt. Not so fond of mummy but the humans at Reedy Creek Vets were nice to me and gave me something so I didn't hurt. Not liking humans very much at this stage. Then I met another cat. It was nastier than mummy when I got tutored. It bit my tail and I got real cranky and mum and dad didn't know why. So they took me to the humans who fix everything. The nice man at Reedy Creek Vets found what the problem was straight away which is pretty impressive cos I've got a bloody impressive tail!! I love these humans. Anyhoo, so, just as I'm starting to grow back my tail hairs, my sister Alice, the stupid staffy dog, decided to not breathe properly. Then in the morning she was wobbly. Mummy got the Reedy Creek Vet humans to help her. She was really sick cos some dumb tick decided to hitchhike on her. I hate ticks. The vet humans have helped Alice for the last couple of days and she's better but she's still a dog. They educated mummy all about ticks (she's a dumb kiwi and apparently they don't have insects over there), they gave Alice lots of medical stuff and she's a drip and everything! They were really nice to Alice and me and mum and dad and gave us lots of options and support and they've got my balls! Mum and dad love them, Alice loves them. I'm undecided cos every time I go there they shave me. From Neville. AKA the Iron Paw. And Little Lions Mans.
