I would just like to share how impressed we were with Em and the crew at this clinic. We had to have our 21 year old cat Lucy put to sleep last night. Both my wife and I were obviously distraught. The staff were fantastic. Allowed us to spend some final moments with her, as she drifted off. We were presented with a beautiful poem on a certificate, along with a "paw" print from Lucy. Wonderful caring staff, who knew just how to handle 2 grieving "parents" , and all at a very reasonable cost...- On a side note...there is a funny side to this story...We decided to take Lucy home, and bury her in the garden and plant a tree. So, it's OCT 31st...Halloween...8pm...and here we are...burying a black cat in the garden with a shovel and a torch...Oh what a shame that no trick or treaters walked up the driveway... lol...RIP Miss Lucy... We moved to Brisbane from Wellington just over 12 months ago. It was a big move as we brought with us our two boxers, Cleveland and Lola. We knew we had to organise several different injections and bits & pieces as Aussie has a few more things to worry about! I Googled vets in our area and called up about 5 to get a feel for the people/price and their ability to answer the questions I had. These guys won hands down! They were the most friendly and informative and their pricing was extremely competitive. Since then we have developed an amazing relationship with the team. Our dogs LOVE going to visit the vet because they are showered with love and attention by all of the staff. The team are all very informative and friendly. They're a busy surgery but I recommend they become your family vet! You will not be disappointed. Read Less
