Wow what a terrible experience. Tom was 20minuets late to our appointment for our dog. , when he finally arrived he was extremely arrogant and rude. My partner tried calming our dog as she was extremely scared and sooking, Tom noted she shouldn’t do that and my partner didn’t hear him. so he then yelled right in her face SHOOE. we then said we would leave as we weren’t comfortable with the experience, he then forcefully held our dog on the table and said no we can start again. I then stepped in and said you don’t need to speak to my partner like that and please let go of my animal and I removed our dog. We never were offered an apologie from the behind the desk or him self. And as I asked for his name he said “ it’s out the front “. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. seems if you aren’t a local to Wamuran these people could care less about your business and how they treat others. Horrible experience !! Read Less

The service from Guy, his team and Matt the surgeon good not have been better when our pup, Journey, hurt her leg recently. The team was caring and above and beyond to look after her.
