Absolutely wonderful. From booking the appointment to attending the receptionist/nurse Jaki and the vet Dr Layt were compassionate, kind and lovely. Dr Layt made the transition for my mothers beloved dog Dora easy and quick and she passed away peacefully. Inexpensive and such a caring and wonderful approach. Thank you. It makes a world of difference dealing with the grief when a vet is as amazing as this one.

Terrible service from the front desk, my dog came home from being desexed and was never the same. After five days I noticed he was still able to lick his wound, even with the e - collar on. Then his ...
Terrible service from the front desk, my dog came home from being desexed and was never the same. After five days I noticed he was still able to lick his wound, even with the e - collar on. Then his wound became infected and started to drip puss everywhere, after calling green cross vets wishart I was told to bring him in at 5:20pm - five hours latter! ! When his wound opened up and started to pour out fluid, I took him straight to thier surgery. The girl at the desk suggested his infection was probably due to him not wearing his e - collar, the one that didn't fit him! She then tried to blame me for not checking that the collar fit him correctly! when i picked him up after surgery. HELLO! your the one who fitted the dam thing on him when I picked him up! what a joke, I've never been more disgusted in someone's attitude towards a patient in my life. I will never begoing back to GREEN CROSS VETS WISHART again, rude, uunorganized and totally unprofessional. That said, the vet who treated my dog was understanding of the situation, probably because their getting an extra fee out of it? Oh, and they gave me another e - collar - one that fits!

Teddy Cameron came into or family 2 weeks short of 10 years ago. Yesterday we had to make a heart breaking decision to say good bye to him. My now adult children who grew up with Teddy were given time to arrive and be with him as he passed into animal heaven. I am so grateful to Ed over the years who has looked after Teddy. I have dealt with Ed and Helen on various occasions and couldn't of asked for more compassionate and understanding Vet's. My little furball Panda actually loves visiting the Vet, they are so caring and answered all my questions and gave me tips along the way. The receptionist is also lovely and told me that she gave him heaps of cuddles. Couldn't of asked for better. Thankyou for looking after my little Panda!
