False quoting and no genuine care
We contacted for prices, were initially very happy and proceeded to make a booking for our animal. Upon arrival was then told the cost was going to be Nearly triple what we had been told over the phone, the previous afternoon. When questioned, the vet Jason basically explained that was too bad and blamed both receptionists for not quoting properly and said he would not be helping us as our questioning where had the extra costs come from "ment he could not have a good relationship with us". Hugely unhelpful. Extremely condescending. No accountability for offering one price over the phone, the previous afternoon and then charging a completely different price. We proceeded to go to a different vet the same day and paid less then a quarter of what Jason had quoted. Was also very pushy that the animal would need sedation, the new vet did not need to sedate it. Very pushy that there would be an infection, there was no infection. Seemed to us there was things being added just to charge us more. Read Less

We contacted for prices, were initially very happy and proceeded to make a booking for our animal. Upon arrival was then told the cost was going to be Nearly triple what we had been told over the phone, the previous afternoon.
