Managed to get our boy there short notice on a public holiday which was great and appreciated; however the staff were a bit unprofessional, and kept referring to him as 'her' numerous times! Not much ...
Managed to get our boy there short notice on a public holiday which was great and appreciated; however the staff were a bit unprofessional, and kept referring to him as 'her' numerous times! Not much contact with us during his stay either, we had to keep phoning back after not hearing (after the noted contact time had well passed). Overall was a mediocre experience and since have taken our cats to other vets with better results.

Managed to get our boy there short notice on a public holiday which was great and appreciated; however the staff were a bit unprofessional, and kept referring to him as 'her' numerous times! Not much contact with us during his stay either, we had to keep phoning back after not hearing (after the noted contact time had well passed). Overall was a mediocre experience and since have taken our cats to other vets with better results.

Greencross at Woolloongabba has been brilliant. I sadly lost my beautiful Malamute last year to a bloat episode in the middle of the night. After having to make the heart breaking decision to put her to rest, the amazing vet let me lay with her for quite some time to say goodbye.
I now have two dogs, and one of them is a little 'snappy' so the vets work with me to check over the young pup. I lift the lips, open the ears and it works really well for my anxious and snappy little man. They even don't mind the licks on the face from his brother while they do their routine checks on the other.
So great. Thanks for everything!

Greencross at Woolloongabba has been brilliant. I sadly lost my beautiful Malamute last year to a bloat episode in the middle of the night. After having to make the heart breaking decision to put her to rest, the amazing vet let me lay with her for quite some time to say goodbye.
