The after hours staff were incredibly caring when I came in, very concerned, with my injured rat. Admin was upfront about the costs, and the vets were thourough in their treatment, even though they do not specialise in exotics. I highly recommend this practice!

A large but friendly practice which conveniently shares its location with an out of hours service. If you're purchasing food make sure you get a card for loyalty discounts. Unfortunately this location does not offer a boarding service, and parking can be limited outside when it's busy.

Absolutely brilliant staff and as equally good AEC staff, my dog was taken to the AEC staff at 2am and up until 4pm that same day all staff were excellent at keeping me informed and up to date with my dogs well being and expected costs. Would definitely recommend to any animal owner!

Avoid at all vosts. They place will bleed you dry. Staff are rude and push unnecessary treatment.

If i could give a 0 star rating, I would. From my experience, the emergency centre only cares about the paperwork and receiving your money, not about whether your animal actually survives or not. Staf...
If i could give a 0 star rating, I would. From my experience, the emergency centre only cares about the paperwork and receiving your money, not about whether your animal actually survives or not. Staff are very insensitive and non-caring and I would NOT recommend taking your animals anywhere near this place.

The team here were very understanding and kind to my cats. I have their number in my phone ready to ring them when we are on our way. (Which is usually at night and in an emergency.)

I used to be such a fan of Greencross Vets. We had been taking our dog to one up North for 2 years and never had any problems.
We assumed Woolloongabba would be the same, unfortunately it wasn't. ...
I used to be such a fan of Greencross Vets. We had been taking our dog to one up North for 2 years and never had any problems.
We assumed Woolloongabba would be the same, unfortunately it wasn't. First mistake was having our dog groomed here. It was the most horrid "effort" I've ever seen. On top of that she came home miserable and anxious.
There is one nice lady at reception but the rest of the younger girls are full of attitude and clearly never been trained in good customer service.

Greencross has looked after my dog Bowie since he was a puppy. 9 years later he is still a happy fuzzball of energy. Exceptional puppy preschool, caring vets and nurses and medical attention. I am privileged I was able to work alongside the team at Woolloongabba back in 2009 as part of my school based trainee-ship. The skills I have learnt have gone on to help me thoroughly care for my pets.
Greencross certainly upholds a high standard of care for all pets.

Absolutely brilliant staff and as equally good AEC staff, my dog was taken to the AEC staff at 2am and up until 4pm that same day all staff were excellent at keeping me informed and up to date with my dogs well being and expected costs. Would definitely recommend to any animal owner!

If i could give a 0 star rating, I would. From my experience, the emergency centre only cares about the paperwork and receiving your money, not about whether your animal actually survives or not. Staff are very insensitive and non-caring and I would NOT recommend taking your animals anywhere near this place.

I used to be such a fan of Greencross Vets. We had been taking our dog to one up North for 2 years and never had any problems.
We assumed Woolloongabba would be the same, unfortunately it wasn't. First mistake was having our dog groomed here. It was the most horrid "effort" I've ever seen. On top of that she came home miserable and anxious.
There is one nice lady at reception but the rest of the younger girls are full of attitude and clearly never been trained in good customer service.

Greencross has looked after my dog Bowie since he was a puppy. 9 years later he is still a happy fuzzball of energy. Exceptional puppy preschool, caring vets and nurses and medical attention. I am privileged I was able to work alongside the team at Woolloongabba back in 2009 as part of my school based trainee-ship. The skills I have learnt have gone on to help me thoroughly care for my pets.
Greencross certainly upholds a high standard of care for all pets.
