Brilliant! Buffy and Dr Barbara alleviated my fears in the space of half an hour from the time of my phone call to me walking out of the surgery relieved. My cat had pulled her stitches out after being spayed and had a small wound that wouldn't heal. Dr Barb gave it a quick snip and sent me on my way. Reassuring to know that these lovely people understand how much I my Nurse Ratchet means to me. Although this surgery is not far from me, I would pack a lunch for the trip back if I lived in Byron Bay! Read Less
