Absolutely excellent customer service here! My dog was lethargic for the past few days and wouldn't eat at all so we had to take him to the vet. I was a bit anxious when I took Bob to the vet again because he just went a week ago and cost me $500. We didn't go back to Lutwyche vets because my mother wasn't impressed how the vet didn't explain to her what he did and what happened to Bob when she picked him up. I saw this one on google and it was near our house so I went ahead with my mother and took Bob there. For this visit, I only got charged for $120 ($65 consult fee and injections and meds all inclusive). I am so pleased with how the vet doctor explained everything to us (each medicine and injection) and patiently answered all my questions. I can't thank you enough for giving Bob excellent care and service. Read Less
