We had an emergency situation with our cat. Very sick, in a lot of pain, and very aggressive (so much so that my husband was bitten and we couldn't get the cat into a carrier to his vet). We needed advice on how to proceed, or if they could help, and the receptionist was very cold and said they couldn't do anything for us (or give us any advice) and the vet didn't deal with aggressive animals and she didn't know any others that would. Brett came out to euthanase my dog today at home. He was a miracle. He made this experience less stressful & his manner (and staff) were professional & very sympathetic. Everything was explained throughout the procedure & couldn't have asked for a better person to do this to send my beloved pet to rest in peace.
