My beautiful baby Bella was attacked by dogs on Friday and her injuries were so severe i had to make the decisions to have her put down. The vet and staff were amazing and were so kind and understanding and then today i received a beautiful succelent from them with expressing their sorry for me i was very touched by their thoughtfulness i will never get over witnessing my baby being attacked by the dogs but the staff certainly helped so i want to say a very big thank you to all of them

The vet, and staff are all very experienced, and calm when dealing with the animals. My puppy went int for microchipping and vaccinations and the were extremely professional and it was over in a second, with my pup hardly noticing anything. They also have puppy training classes. Also prepare for your pet to be spoilt rotten with tasty treats and lots of pats from the staff :)

I have been taking my animals here for years, only ever had one disagreement with one of the Vets, but she has moved on now. All my animals have always been well looked after by them. The staff are wonderful and the front end and rooms are clean and well set out for animals. Be sure to get pet insurance if you can't afford up front payments as there is really no price competition in the world of veterinary clinics no matter where you take them.

Today we had to lay to rest our beautiful 15 n half ( he earned the half) year old dog bouncer the staff and vet were amazing, supportive and kind. They showed the upmost respect for bouncer and us in this really hard time. Thank you so much for making such a hard decision n time as nice and smooth as u could. I loved the candle in the foyer burning for our loss very touching.

I am not one to write reviews let alone negative ones but I am so infuriated! Rang and got a quote for vaccinations and a check up. I was quoted $99 After a pathetic check up where he barely listened to her heart Rate he inspected her ears and took a sample, left the room and came back 5 minutes later. Gave her the injections and tried to sell me medication cause she has an infection in her ears which even he said was minimal and a cleaning wash could possible control!! Then sent me out to pay! I was horrified when my $99 quote went upto $170! The only extra I agreed to was the $22 for the ear wash! After questioning I was told that the vet taking swabs cost me $49 that I never agreed to! So I didn't just get ripped off $49, I didn't even get a proper check up! Vets always winge that people need to take the pets to the vet more! This is why we don't ! We get ripped off left right and centre! It's absolute bullshit! Never coming back and hope this saves other people from the same outcome
