I took Daisy to see Dr. Jennifer yesterday. Daisy 16 years old now and she’s getting a bit weary. I was concerned that she had vomited but after the complete examination and bloodwork she may have kidney stones.
Bloodwork will arrive today. This is the second time that I’ve seen Dr. Jennifer. Her bedside manner is very nice. She’s extremely knowledgeable and is an excellent veterinarian. I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer.

Today I had an appointment for Daisy, because she was scratching her ears a lot.
I saw Dr. Jen because Dr. Joe has taken leave. Dr. Jen was very professional. She got to the bottom of the problem right away and found that Daisy has a double ear infection. Gave me the antibiotics. Everything went smooth. I was waiting for my appointment for approximately five minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Jen. Thank you for your care.

Thank you Dr. Jo for seeing me so quickly on an emergency Visit yesterday. I called about 930 and I saw Dr. Joe, who is my veterinarian, within 15 minutes of getting to the clinic. She diagnosed my dogs illness right away and gave her medication which worked very well.
Upon calling the clinic, the receptionist heard my distress and told me to come in right away. They truly are the best. I recommend him highly. They have treated my dog and cat with exceptional care.

Today my little 14-year-old Daisy girl began to vomit. I was very concerned and took her to the vet immediately. It was on a Sunday and only 2 Dr vets were at the clinic. My personal vet Dr. Jo was one of the vets, and she squeezed me in right away. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and listens to my concerns.
She treated my Daisy, she gave me a treatment plan and said if the vomiting continued or she gets worse, to bring her in
Right away. Also, I have to comment on the front desk staff, they are always sweet, kind a professional.
As you can see, Daisy now is resting comfortably.

Would not recommend for cats. Reception not very helpful. Told her my cat was anxious, she did not show she cared. They were 25 mins late while my cat sat in their waiting room with all dogs. I especially booked first appt of the day so we wouldnt have to wait. WHY late if mine was the first appt. Vet was not very skilled. Didn't know how to handle my cat. Was almost frightened of my cat. Didnt examine him at all. Then to be informed that they didnt have the FIV vacine and that I would have to ring around to find a vet that did have the vacine available. Well pissed off. I work fulltime took the day off so i could make sure my cat has his yearly checkup. Li ed it all up with appts for the day and 25 mins late with a useless vet makes me angry that they showed no care for my cat at all. Negative 20 stars from me . Would be telling my friends with pets not to go to this vet

Misdiagnosed my dog with a tooth infection which was actually cancer. Many phone calls and visits to this clinic and was ignore with concerns. My dog left side of skull caved in, bleeding from the mouth and lump increased in size rapidly and still ignored. I moved vets and was quickly given major testing for my 3 year old boy. Diagnosis of cancer was confirmed 🤬 our boy passed away !.

Not happy with the so called quote i got from Blakes Crossing! After asking how much an ultra- sound would cost b4 i booked an appointment. I was quoted $60. So it being the same as Adelaide Plains Vet i decided to book an appointment for Monday the 23rd of April 2018. Infortunately i wasnt able to make the appointment as i was in hospital. But sent my husband and daughter instead.
Ultra sound showed she was pregnant. Which was fabulous. But after viewing the reciept my husband have me today, i noticed i was charged $76 and not $60.
So i called then and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I explained to the receptionist what i was quoted and what i was actually charged. She looked me up on the computer and said it was because i wasn't a "Breeder". So i was quoted incorrectly by them but was not offered a refund for what i feel was there mistake!
I wont be returning to them as this is now the second time this has happened!!!

Ok so I took my kitten(male) to get desexed there and I brought him home everything was all good. About 5 days later my little boy started vomiting/diharra so we took him to the vets and we found out he had cat gastro so of course had to pay $$$ for antiboticis etc
Anyway couple day ago was speaking with someone from my work and he had the same thing and his kitten got desex at Blakeview. A day after his cat had the same problem like mine did!
So what I'm trying say becarful going here I believe the drugs they use to desex cats it's obviously not that great or it could be the hygiene in the vets I don't know but something isn't right :/ also they just want your money
Oh plus couple of there reception staff are bloody rude but that's a whole other story!!
Not happy and will be taking my pets some where else

Tried to rush him off home probably thinking about $$$ and he went into septic shock and died & apparently no one noticed him until the morning after getting charged a 24 hour monitoring fee.
NEVER again....I wish Elizabeth Park Vet on Yorktown Rd had 24/7 emergency care because they are absolutely fantastic, with ANIMAL CARE FIRST on the agenda not profit!!!

I didn't feel silly for my panic or anything. I changed them to be my regular vet from my other one due to the amazing staff and care they provide.

The staff there are professional and know their stuff. They are courteous and don't treat you like a walking wallet. Simple check ups are often free of charge. They also offer a 24/7 emergency service. Highly recommended.

I took Daisy to see Dr. Jennifer yesterday. Daisy 16 years old now and she’s getting a bit weary. I was concerned that she had vomited but after the complete examination and bloodwork she may have kidney stones.
Bloodwork will arrive today. This is the second time that I’ve seen Dr. Jennifer. Her bedside manner is very nice. She’s extremely knowledgeable and is an excellent veterinarian. I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer.

I saw Dr. Jen because Dr. Joe has taken leave. Dr. Jen was very professional. She got to the bottom of the problem right away and found that Daisy has a double ear infection. Gave me the antibiotics. Everything went smooth. I was waiting for my appointment for approximately five minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Jen. Thank you for your care.

Thank you Dr. Jo for seeing me so quickly on an emergency Visit yesterday. I called about 930 and I saw Dr. Joe, who is my veterinarian, within 15 minutes of getting to the clinic. She diagnosed my dogs illness right away and gave her medication which worked very well.
Upon calling the clinic, the receptionist heard my distress and told me to come in right away. They truly are the best. I recommend him highly. They have treated my dog and cat with exceptional care.

Today my little 14-year-old Daisy girl began to vomit. I was very concerned and took her to the vet immediately. It was on a Sunday and only 2 Dr vets were at the clinic. My personal vet Dr. Jo was one of the vets, and she squeezed me in right away. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and listens to my concerns.
She treated my Daisy, she gave me a treatment plan and said if the vomiting continued or she gets worse, to bring her in
Right away. Also, I have to comment on the front desk staff, they are always sweet, kind a professional.
As you can see, Daisy now is resting comfortably.

Would not recommend for cats. Reception not very helpful. Told her my cat was anxious, she did not show she cared. They were 25 mins late while my cat sat in their waiting room with all dogs. I especially booked first appt of the day so we wouldnt have to wait. WHY late if mine was the first appt. Vet was not very skilled. Didn't know how to handle my cat. Was almost frightened of my cat. Didnt examine him at all. Then to be informed that they didnt have the FIV vacine and that I would have to ring around to find a vet that did have the vacine available. Well pissed off. I work fulltime took the day off so i could make sure my cat has his yearly checkup. Li ed it all up with appts for the day and 25 mins late with a useless vet makes me angry that they showed no care for my cat at all. Negative 20 stars from me . Would be telling my friends with pets not to go to this vet

Misdiagnosed my dog with a tooth infection which was actually cancer. Many phone calls and visits to this clinic and was ignore with concerns. My dog left side of skull caved in, bleeding from the mouth and lump increased in size rapidly and still ignored. I moved vets and was quickly given major testing for my 3 year old boy. Diagnosis of cancer was confirmed 🤬 our boy passed away !.

Not happy with the so called quote i got from Blakes Crossing! After asking how much an ultra- sound would cost b4 i booked an appointment. I was quoted $60. So it being the same as Adelaide Plains Vet i decided to book an appointment for Monday the 23rd of April 2018. Infortunately i wasnt able to make the appointment as i was in hospital. But sent my husband and daughter instead.
Ultra sound showed she was pregnant. Which was fabulous. But after viewing the reciept my husband have me today, i noticed i was charged $76 and not $60.
So i called then and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I explained to the receptionist what i was quoted and what i was actually charged. She looked me up on the computer and said it was because i wasn't a "Breeder". So i was quoted incorrectly by them but was not offered a refund for what i feel was there mistake!
I wont be returning to them as this is now the second time this has happened!!!

By doing that, I could see she wasn't scared with what was happening. They gave the both of us both warm support in our final moments together and reassurance I did the right thing. Pricing was cheaper than other places I've been.

Ok so I took my kitten(male) to get desexed there and I brought him home everything was all good. About 5 days later my little boy started vomiting/diharra so we took him to the vets and we found out he had cat gastro so of course had to pay $$$ for antiboticis etc
Anyway couple day ago was speaking with someone from my work and he had the same thing and his kitten got desex at Blakeview. A day after his cat had the same problem like mine did!
So what I'm trying say becarful going here I believe the drugs they use to desex cats it's obviously not that great or it could be the hygiene in the vets I don't know but something isn't right :/ also they just want your money
Oh plus couple of there reception staff are bloody rude but that's a whole other story!!
Not happy and will be taking my pets some where else

Tried to rush him off home probably thinking about $$$ and he went into septic shock and died & apparently no one noticed him until the morning after getting charged a 24 hour monitoring fee.
NEVER again....I wish Elizabeth Park Vet on Yorktown Rd had 24/7 emergency care because they are absolutely fantastic, with ANIMAL CARE FIRST on the agenda not profit!!!

I have my first puppy and in the first month we had two emergency vet visits. One for something in the eye and another for an abscess. They were so good with me and my dog. I didn't feel silly for my panic or anything. I changed them to be my regular vet from my other one due to the amazing staff and care they provide.

The staff there are professional and know their stuff. They are courteous and don't treat you like a walking wallet. Simple check ups are often free of charge. They also offer a 24/7 emergency service. Highly recommended.
