Horrible. I went to this vet on a recommendation with my very dear, elderly cat who was dying.  The vet we saw was good but I was extremely disappointed with the vet assistants. I am a disability pensioner and asked if the assistant sitting behind the counter (doing nothing) would be kind enough to call me a taxi.
