I regret getting my pets groomed and ending up with injuries that eventually had to have stitches.You have zero duty of care to a point of not informing me what you had caused to my pets only for you to hand them over to me while they are bleeding in the cage and assume l would not notice the skin tears once I arrived home!Such a great wake up call and reminder to me to always look out for those I care for!NEVER GOING BACK THERE.

NEVER take your pets here. They don't care about animals only MONEY!! They wouldn't even give me a few days to get some money together and told me I had no choice but to put my baby girl down. Heartless greedy bunch of people! Who even gave me the bill for putting my girl down in my recently deseased brothers name. Yeah I can have a bill for $200 to put my dog asleep but wouldn't allow me a few days to get $300 to treat her.

There are 2 vets in particular that are magnificent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Premises are tidy although would like a proper car park.

Well not happy thus far. Poor dog has been fasting since 9pm last night, told to have him at the surgery at 830am called at 3pm and still waiting to have his surgery.
