Cannot thank Encounter Bay Vets enough for making my little girl Amber well again. It has been a frightening week not knowing what her problem was and I almost feared the worst. Tears of fear turned to tears of joy when everything turned out for the better. Have never known a veterinary clinic to show so much care and love and I've been to many. I truly love you all especially Eleanor, Sherry and Shaun for doing their magic. Thanks also to reception and everyone else helping out at the hospital. You are truly wonderful people.

We came in on the 26th with our little 13 year old Chihuahua, Lucy <3 Sadly because of her problems she had to be put to sleep, We were extremely upset and we were lucky enough to have the most kindest and understanding Vet, assistant and receptionist! He was so gentle and understanding, we really couldn't imagine getting treated better anywhere else We will definitely recommend this Vet Clinic to everyone, especially anyone who is making the very hard decision of putting to sleep their special pet Thanks so much!

Cannot thank Encounter Bay Vets enough for making my little girl Amber well again. It has been a frightening week not knowing what her problem was and I almost feared the worst.
