Disappointing service. I had been bringing my pets here for quite a few years and one fell critically ill overnight. The next morning when we tried to get him in for an appointment (as instructed by the emergency vet we saw that night) we were told to come back. The dog couldn’t even stand up because he was so ill and we were given no support, advice or empathy from the staff member on the desk. I wrote a complaint to the Practice Manager expressing my disappointment that I had to take my dog across town to have him put down and received no apology or reply. Pretty poor and insensitive. I will not be bringing any of my pets back here. Any business that values their customers wouldn’t disregard feedback from a loyal customer but I guess they only reply to public comments on here so they can “look” like they care.

The Fulham Gardens Veterinary Surgery is such a beautiful place to go to with any animal . I went there with my daughter myself & our lovely cat Belle was treated with the most respect & the staff was very thoughtful & asked plenty of questions . Their room's smelt so freshly no oder of any animal & disability friendly. I would absolutely recommend this lovely clinic to all people. So a Hugh thank you to the staff

My dog gets treated so well here a little bit more expensive then other Vets around but definitely worth it. We received a letter and a call back to ask how he was after a chocolate incident we had an...
My dog gets treated so well here a little bit more expensive then other Vets around but definitely worth it. We received a letter and a call back to ask how he was after a chocolate incident we had and it was excellent to receive the extra from them. I would recommend them highly!

I had been taking my beautiful dog to Fulham vets as needed for 14 years and my experience with all of the vets has been very positive. They clearly explain everything in detail. The nurses are lovely. Unfortunately his last visit recently was his last. The vet whom I saw was extremely caring and respectful. He understood how I felt. The beautiful card sent to me by these great people was absolutely beautiful and so thoughtful. Though not the closest vet to where I live I would contine to take any future pets to them.

Great service. Very kind people and they were very lovely to my dog. Knowledge base was excellent and the cost is very reasonable compared to others I have dealt with. Would highly recommend!

Ever since I started taking my dog to this place her health quickly deteriorated and just last week they take her out of our sight to draw some blood (why not draw the blood in front of us?) and all of a sudden she doesn't want to walk and has kidney failure? Quiet weird considering she was going for long walks just prior to this last vet visit, maybe it's just a coincidence but I ain't going to risk giving them the benefit of the doubt with another one of my animals, never again will I take my pets to this place! If you truly value your pets health then I suggest you go to the Plympton veterinary clinic on Anzac highway, I've taken my dads dog there a few times and they seem to truly care about your animals wellbeing

Disappointing service. I had been bringing my pets here for quite a few years and one fell critically ill overnight. The next morning when we tried to get him in for an appointment (as instructed by the emergency vet we saw that night) we were told to come back. The Fulham Gardens Veterinary Surgery is such a beautiful place to go to with any animal . I had been taking my beautiful dog to Fulham vets as needed for 14 years and my experience with all of the vets has been very positive. They clearly explain everything in detail. The nurses are lovely. Unfortunately his last visit recently was his last. The vet whom I saw was extremely caring and respectful. He understood how I felt. The beautiful card sent to me by these great people was absolutely beautiful and so thoughtful. Though not the closest vet to where I live I would contine to take any future pets to them.

Ever since I started taking my dog to this place her health quickly deteriorated and just last week they take her out of our sight to draw some blood (why not draw the blood in front of us?) and all of a sudden she doesn't want to walk and has kidney failure? Quiet weird considering she was going for long walks just prior to this last vet visit, maybe it's just a coincidence but I ain't going to risk giving them the benefit of the doubt with another one of my animals, never again will I take my pets to this place!
