They are not reliable and not respect the lives of pets, don’t go there if you have emergency issues. My kitten died yesterday afternoon 13rd July. He was infected by fungus and was given medicine within butter on 12th of July. Everything was ok with him until eating the butter, he vomited many times after eating that. I took him to clinic at noon on 13rd July, on the way there he was still fine just weak and when we arrived we told the desk clerk that he was very weak, exhausted and required the treatment, however no vets there, the desk clerk told us she would call the vet immediately and asked us to leave until she called us back. I called her on 15:25 without any replying about my kitten, so I drove to clinic at once But on my way I got her call, she just told me my kitten was gone 15 minutes ago. When we arrived we just saw him die on the bed in a cold room without any treatments or vets. My little kitten just passed away like that, only a month and half year old. I’ll never get to know what had happened during the last few hours of his life but I’m sure that the nonfeasance of leave him untreatment promote his death.

They are not reliable and not respect the lives of pets, don’t go there if you have emergency issues. My kitten died yesterday afternoon 13rd July. He was infected by fungus and was given medicine within butter on 12th of July. Everything was ok with him until eating the butter, he vomited many times after eating that.
