Dr Richie is always very friendly and tells it as it is. He never pushes any treatment, but instead gives you all the options and he always put my little Alfie first.

I've found a Vet is like a good Dentist or Doctor. If you're happy with the value and service you'll never go anywhere else. I'm very happy with the service by the ladies, and Dr. Phillip Ritchie is great, talks in clear easy to understand terms. It really feels like they care for you and the animals, which is very rare (in my experience). Good job guys, I hope you don't lose those qualities. I still have to find a good dentist :( Read Less
