Friendly staff, very expensive vet - really you have to be very well off to afford their fees, great for millionaires - $$$ - like my girlfriend's parents up at Burnside & Tusmore - they will suck every dollar they can out of you, there are a lot cheaper vet's around, they're cheaper in Sydney even.

Fantastic cat friendly vet. The vet and staff are brilliant. They followed up after my cat had dental work to make sure he was okay. Transparent with prices and they are great with humans too who after all pay the account. Some vets I have been to have barely spoken to me let alone remember my name. Very glad they are in the area.

I have to say that this is a very special Veterenary clinic. I brought my pet rabbit in who had become very aggressive due to several factors. The vet did not suggest putting her down but instead offered to keep her until she could find a new home for her where she would have behavioural training and feel comfortable and happy. I agree with ben, this cat owner obviously doesn't deserve to take responsibility of a cat if they can't get the means to look after one. Vets certainly don't work for free and what they're doing is good but as of recent I'm beginning to feel this clinic is more about business than about the pets. After a price comparison on some of their services and products they have come out the most expensive in the area and have never been very affordable.

Friendly staff, very expensive vet - really you have to be very well off to afford their fees, great for millionaires - $$$ - like my girlfriend's parents up at Burnside & Tusmore - they will suck every dollar they can out of you, there are a lot cheaper vet's around, they're cheaper in Sydney even.

Fantastic cat friendly vet. The vet and staff are brilliant. They followed up after my cat had dental work to make sure he was okay. Transparent with prices and they are great with humans too who after all pay the account. Some vets I have been to have barely spoken to me let alone remember my name. Very glad they are in the area.

I have to say that this is a very special Veterenary clinic. I brought my pet rabbit in who had become very aggressive due to several factors. The vet did not suggest putting her down but instead offered to keep her until she could find a new home for her where she would have behavioural training and feel comfortable and happy. I agree with ben, this cat owner obviously doesn't deserve to take responsibility of a cat if they can't get the means to look after one. Vets certainly don't work for free and what they're doing is good but as of recent I'm beginning to feel this clinic is more about business than about the pets.
