How these people call themselves vets, vet nurses is beyond me. One creature there when I took my dying dog informed me, not once, but twice that her shift finished two hours ago. My obvious question should have been, what are you doing here then. How they can profess to love animals is a lie, with the exception of two people, none of the others are fit to be around animals and any person working there, knowing what they are like, are also unworthy people. The one who I refer to as a creature is the same one who referred to my dying dog as a creature, not a scrap of empathy in her miserable body. The same goes for the woman on reception, a surly faced creature who barked questions at you when you are visibly distraught. The Vet who discharged my dog prescribed and gave me tablets for her, she was almost comatose, foaming at the mouth, passing faeces and obviously dying. I told him she was dying and refused the offered euthanasia, no way would I have that callous lying creature sticking yet another needle in my dog. He had the gall to tell me she was standing an hour earlier, he's a liar, she was a rag doll. What upsets me more than anything is not the money they ripped off me, but the 7ncaring, callous, greedy individuals with whom she spent her last few hours. I can't bear to think what they did or didn't do to her whilst she was there. I loathe this practise and feel sorry for anyone who has no option with a sick pet. Read Less
