I am so glad I come to this vet. Not only are they fantastic with breed specific information, they have a hydrotherapy pool and after hours emergency service for their patients. I am forever grateful for Chris helping me when my Chihuahua was rushed in, to make the hardest decision of my life, the one that was best for her. He is so incredibly patient and he explains absolutely everything to you. We have also had great experiences with Karen and Sally-Ann, as well as Lynn in hydrotherapy. The vet nurses are amazing. We have entrusted Dr Girling and Dr Sally with our beautiful Neapolitan Mastiff a few times now, we do a 10 hour round trip to visit Noah's Crossing without any hesitation because we have found Chris and all of his staff so professional, caring and the best in the business. His staff not only act as nurses, receptionists and handlers but also therapists for us pet owners, they are always there to lend a kind shoulder or tissue and always have the best advice on the other end of the phone. Total professionals the whole team, I don't normally take my dog to Noahs Crossing, but I had purchased frozen semen & they are the only Vets that store & inseminate. I had the initial Prog tests done at my Vet, and phoned the results though each day, once the score high enough I was asked to bring her out to the Surgery, an other prog test was done on arrival, I was told she needed to have the AI done ASAP and that surgery was booked for 3pm. Ten days later she had stitches removed and on the 29th Dec 2016 she had a ultra sound done and confirmed she was in whelp. There has been a few bitches miss to this particular dog, but Dr Girling is the best in Australia at this in my opinion and I have been in dogs for 56 years. It was a 1 1/2 hour drive each time that's a 3 hour + return trip, but it was worth every minute. Thank you to the team at Noahs Crossing for a job well done.Read Less

They were absolutely amazing, I had been to 2 other clinics previously to try and find an answer to the problem my dog was having, Chris was the only veterinarian to find the answer and even though I had to put my dog down they went above and beyond to make sure it was as lovely and comfortable as possible for all of us, the personal sympathy card I received after just added to it, I will forever be grateful for what they did for me. The team at Noahs Crossing are very friendly and show care and compassion to all animals. Dr Chris and Dr Karen are by far the best veterinarians. Chris diagnosed my girls problem on the first visit and done everything possible to make sure she was pain free. Karen's offer to do trigger point therapy and acupuncture was a blessing. We came home Saturday evening and found our dog lying in the garden in bad shape, uncoordinated and dilated eyes. We had trouble finding a vet clinic in our area that was taking emergencies. Thankfully we found Noahs Crossing who saw us without delay. Snake antivenom brought our dog back from the brink. This is a valuable service, and we are grateful to still have our dog with us.
