Welcome to Littlehampton Veterinary Clinic!
We care for your pets as if they were our own!
We are a small, dedicated veterinary clinic in the Adelaide Hills, who specialise in dogs and cats.
Dr Catherine Motter is our only vet, which means that you will receive consistency in care with your animals, and that she is likely to remember your pet. This means she knows what makes them feel most comfortable, as visits to the vet can sometimes be scary for our furry friends. Dr Catherine is a dedicated, empathetic vet whose highest priority is the health and wellbeing of any animal that comes in our door. She will always make sure that you understand what is happening to your pet, what we can do about it and do her best to make you and your pet feel at ease.
We also have three nurses, Jo, Lana and Grace. All of the nurses at Littlehampton Vet Clinic are committed to making your animals feel comfortable, and providing the best care possible. The nurses are also available to speak to about any questions you might have, so feel free to give us a call!
We are conveniently located in the centre of Littlehampton at 43 North Terrace Littlehampton (which is the main road through town). We service the Adelaide Hills region including Littlehampton, Mount Barker, Nairne, Hahndorf, Balhannah, Verdun, Oakbank, Woodside and beyond.
Our Veterinary consulting hours are:
Monday to Friday mornings 10am to 12.30pm
Monday to Friday afternoons 4pm to 6pm
Saturday 9am to 1pm

Katherine is a most genuine person, her love of animals and her dedication are second to none, she supported our dogs, our king Charles cavalier in his last year of heart failure, nothing was too much trouble. she supported us with palliative care of our elderly malamute, again her attention to detail and genuine care, her knowledge meant both dogs has very good quality of life right up to the last breath. she is the vet of choice for our large family, all of the dogs and cats are thoroughly checked, she misses nothing. if your first priority is your best friends care, then look no further.

The most friendly and caring staff you will come across. During the time I had made an appointment for my dog, the staff were so supportive of me and did their very best for my dog. I cannot thank a more loving and caring team of people. If you have any concerns with your pet and are looking for the best information this is the place to visit. I came across such a loving team of people who showed so much emotion and care not only for my dog but also for me. Catherine and Jo were so kind to support me during my tough time watching my dog get put down. They were so honest, and they gave me the best support with having to deal with saying my goodbyes to my dog. Thank you Jo and Catherine.

I have never been to a more caring vet! A neighbour had told me about this place a while ago. Every person in the office is so friendly and professional, they really listened to my concerns. The clinic itself is very beautiful and clean and the location is easy to find. I can't say enough about Dr. Caitlin she is so nice and honest. I was very impressed by how involved she was with our appointment. I have never had a vet stay through the entire appointment like she did. She made sure my dog was comfortable before doing anything and gave her treats to keep her mind off of the shots. It is so comforting to have my pet taken care of by someone who truly loves animals. She is amazing!

Our pugs Gibbs and Lucy are forever grateful for the care and attention they receive every time they attend the clinic. I have known Catherine Motter for over 10 years and during that time she has cared for my two terriers who incidentally were born in her kitchen. I have never met a more dedicated vet who is truly empathetic to both humans and pets. I can't recommend her highly enough. I don't believe there is another small animal vet in the Adelaide Hills with her skills.

Katherine is a most genuine person, her love of animals and her dedication are second to none, she supported our dogs, our king Charles cavalier in his last year of heart failure, nothing was too much trouble. she supported us with palliative care of our elderly malamute, again her attention to detail and genuine care, her knowledge meant both dogs has very good quality of life right up to the last breath. she is the vet of choice for our large family, all of the dogs and cats are thoroughly checked, she misses nothing. if your first priority is your best friends care, then look no further.

The most friendly and caring staff you will come across. During the time I had made an appointment for my dog, the staff were so supportive of me and did their very best for my dog. I cannot thank a more loving and caring team of people. If you have any concerns with your pet and are looking for the best information this is the place to visit. I have never been to a more caring vet! A neighbour had told me about this place a while ago. Every person in the office is so friendly and professional, they really listened to my concerns. The clinic itself is very beautiful and clean and the location is easy to find. I can't say enough about Dr. Caitlin she is so nice and honest. I was very impressed by how involved she was with our appointment. I have never had a vet stay through the entire appointment like she did. I have known Catherine Motter for over 10 years and during that time she has cared for my two terriers who incidentally were born in her kitchen. I have never met a more dedicated vet who is truly empathetic to both humans and pets. I can't recommend her highly enough.
