The vets are very friendly, and clearly care a lot about the animals. Ru in particular is amazing with cats, and my elderly, vet-hating cat is quite tolerant of her ministrations. The cat didn’t even flinch when receiving an injection!

I've been coming here for years for my cat. Although I had to come here for a very different reason - my sick rabbit had to be euthanised and the staff here especially the doctor who carried out the procedure were so friendly and professional. They even offered mum and I tissues and water due to the emotional side of it all. Thank you all. RIP Johnson, my beautiful pet rabbit of nine years.

Fantastic phone service. I called to make an appointment to get some stitches out of my new puppy from his de-sexing operation and ended up asking a range of questions that popped into my head because the receptionist was so polite and happy to help.

Although I had to come here for a very different reason - my sick rabbit had to be euthanised and the staff here especially the doctor who carried out the procedure were so friendly and professional.
