We understand choosing a Veterinary Clinic is like choosing your family doctor. You need to know you and your loved ones are being looked after by professionals, who have a proven track record in providing the best care for your animals, not only when sick or injured but also with disease prevention and senior pet programs. We feel we develop a relationship with our clients and having the same staff employed long term means you know who you are going to see when you ring up or walk through the door. We even see our clients ourselves after hours at the Clinic for those emergencies that pop up, meaning you don't have to travel down to Adelaide to an After Hours Centre.
This also means we have access to your animals health records and all our equipment and medicines on hand to help your loved one.
Pets and their owners love visiting us, coming from as far as Adelaide and Murray Bridge.
Our aim is to provide best possible ongoing care for our clients and their animals. All staff receive ongoing training and attend regular conferences and workshops to remain at the forefront of veterinary medicine and nursing.
New clients are always made welcome. Ample parking and disabled parking is available for easy access.

Seems like a good vet. Have used them a few times when no other option. But don't bother leaving a message with their after hour service. My cat was bitten by a snake on a public holiday and I left 3 urgent messages with their after hours service with a promise of a quick call back. After waiting at the closed vet for 30mins I had to drive all the way to Norwood to have my cat looked at. 7 days later and still no call back. Pretty unacceptable.

Have been a client of this clinic for roughly 20 years. Ashley and Digby have seen us through snake bites, hoof abscesses, dodgy teeth, fence injuries. They have saved my animals lives more than once, and helped me to let them go when it is time. I travel four hours to see them. Much respect!

Doctor Ashley is by far one of the most loveliest vets I have ever come across! His kind attitude, and sympathy for when you lose your own pet is something that makes you feel thankful to have. (5/5 Star rating) But I'm sadden to say that when I get this other male vet, (Dr Digby) he shows absolutely NO sympathy, not even as much of a nice comment as you massively grieve over a pet that has to be put down. When I got my cat of 14 years put down, I was beside my self, but there was no sort of sympathy, there was just rush, done its dead, goodbye..... It GUTS me! Absolutely no time for him! I get your a vet, I get that you don't have time to grieve with us, but show some common decency and respect towards us! I won't see any vet other then Ashley, if I have half as much of a choice for my own animals! Seriously is very upsetting and by far the worst vet I've come across! Either fix your attitude to when you have to put someone's baby down, or send someone else that will show some respect. Deeply upsetting, I'm sorry to say...

We've been living in the hills for about 2 years now and have been taking our 4 dogs here for all of this time. We have had several occasions where we've required out of hours emergency help and the Vet Team have always been helpful and accommodating - no matter the hour! We've also fostered a dozen dogs over the last 12 months - some of whom have had extensive and ongoing treatment needs. This practice is very supportive of rescue groups and the work that they do and the Vet Nurse Team are very friendly and helpful and able to provide advice and answer all questions put to them. Dr Digby Ambrose even came out and put our Alpaca down for us when it was necessary. Highly recommend these guys.

Seems like a good vet. Have used them a few times when no other option. But don't bother leaving a message with their after hour service. My cat was bitten by a snake on a public holiday and I left 3 urgent messages with their after hours service with a promise of a quick call back. After waiting at the closed vet for 30mins I had to drive all the way to Norwood to have my cat looked at. 7 days later and still no call back. Pretty unacceptable.

Have been a client of this clinic for roughly 20 years. Ashley and Digby have seen us through snake bites, hoof abscesses, dodgy teeth, fence injuries. They have saved my animals lives more than once, and helped me to let them go when it is time. I travel four hours to see them. Much respect!

We've been living in the hills for about 2 years now and have been taking our 4 dogs here for all of this time. We have had several occasions where we've required out of hours emergency help and the Vet Team have always been helpful and accommodating - no matter the hour! We've also fostered a dozen dogs over the last 12 months - some of whom have had extensive and ongoing treatment needs.
