We took our kaya THERE only to get zero treatment..more interested in money..in 6months we have paid 10k to this vet to have 2 dogs die, cause i'm sorry but they are so young and in experienced..only 2 vets are older ..oue bear got sick taken to surgery all they were interested in was us singing firms of how we would pay the $4,050 , time on our hands we had no choice..then we recieved ph call andbit was dr james here no sorry he died ..i said fucking arsehole and hung up.. jata same thing this will cist you 380 give her seizure tabkets xmas day was horrible we just watched our dog in pain crying..no pain releif they didnt know what was wrong, he didnt check her heart..nothing..we watched our beautiful girl die from xmas day to the 28th when she took her final breath in pain i might add..
My suggest is RUN FROM THIS VET CLINIC..THEY ARE ABOUT THE $$$$$$...SO WITHIN 6 WKS WE HAVE LOST 2 DOGS..WTF..

Practice priority is profit before care. They require money before treatment even if your pet is risking death without treatment and will not negotiate this I know from many other local pet owners hence many pets
sadly put down.As for cards and candles being burned in surgery does not compensate for the loss of pet family members. My own experience was the worst I have had in over 50 years with Vets. It cost approx $900 and kept him alive till I could get him to another Vet. Being new to this area I did not know of their reputation, since this horribe experience at Xmas many locals have recounted their own experiences and their need to drive to Meningie & Mt Barker etc. So if you can go elsewhere. This not a criticism of veterinary skill but of morals and care priority.

When I had to have one of my cats put down I couldn't bring the ashes as I did not have enough money, just enough to have him put down :( ... few days later I received a card with a beautiful poem, loved it. now I got the card as something to help me remember my little cat. thank you for caring

The vet was awesome, as were the staff. I was concerned my dog had been poisoned and they saw him the second they had a vet free. The front desk staff knew what to look for and were very professional....

Thank you very much and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to this practice.
He still didn't like getting his temperature taken however!

Took my kitten in for desexing and were wonderful but took my pup in for an emergency as he cut himself and it hadnt stopped bleeding and denied me vet pay as it was under $300. Just going to point out not everyone has money in an emergency. And recently my friend had a similar situation as we did with an emergency. Was not impressed that money comes before a pets health in emergency situations **Edit** Editing your comment to say you have no record of me is just as disgusting! Thanks!!

I wont be bringing my animals there again, took my dog in as an emergency, had the money for consultation, she needed treatment for a laceration on her toe, they wrapped it while we waited two hours for the vet, the vet came in took her away then precided to take the bandages Off, she got a little aggressive, so the vet wouldn't do anything unless I paid up front before he checked it, as I could not pay the 1200 to 1300 I took my dog home, they wouldn't even re bandage her paw so the blood would stop, but they had time to take my money for nothing, Adelaide hills Vets are way better, also they don't treat customers like dirt! I will say the nurse was excellent but the vet was rude and arrogant.
