Unfortunately I shared the experience of Nikki below in relation to my cat. If I could give less that one star I would. I don't think they like cats here unless they are the placid ones that curl up and sleep all day. We also had a completely wrong diagnosis and were advised that our girl wouldn't last the week and were advised to have her put down. This happened in April 2017 (last year) and I have only just been able to talk about it as our cat has been well for a while and only just looking to find another vet that is recommended by others. The diagnosis was completely wrong on a number of levels and if they hadn't given her an antibiotic for another simple condition she would have probably died of renal failure as they failed to diagnose the original condition we visited them for. We have been going to this vet for over 20 years and while I think the owner is compassionate a number of his staff are not and I think the owner is just a figurehead now who doesn't take an interest in who he employs. The vet we saw (Hannah) was new and fresh out of University, had no bedside manner and didn't seem to like us or our girl. If you are considering a new vet and have a cat then don't go here. While price isn't a motivating factor for us we did find their prices very over-inflated and are hunting around for another vet that has compassionate staff. It looks like Google has a few reviews here and likely to find one.

Unbelievably bad service here! All they could suggest was to "think about putting my cat to sleep" and this was from another vet who had not even seen my cat. The receptionists/nurses had zero compass...
Unbelievably bad service here! All they could suggest was to "think about putting my cat to sleep" and this was from another vet who had not even seen my cat. The receptionists/nurses had zero compassion & then no one even advised me of the blood test results until I asked for them to be sent to my regular vet (Wattle Park vet ..who was away at the time). One huge intervention by Wattle Park vet Tanya (upon her return), appropriate medications, a diagnosis that was acted upon immediately and my cat is now back to health and weight gain. This place is so unprofessional we will never go back!
The trauma this has caused us is beyond upsetting! Shame on you!

I went for my two guinea pigs and it was great they both had their nails cut and really enjoyed the experience and we are actually going tonight.

My sweet dog just finished Corentine after an international moods. I wanted to have her checked out because she seemed a little office and friends recommended the parade. Today I saw Dr. Tom and he was terrific he said since we explained the differences between the country I can from Australia and the recommendations for and recommendations for assisting with our little dogs anxiety related to the move. He suggested that I go to a chemist for over-the-counter supplements and order a caller from the Internet rather than buying it from a store or from their vet clinic as it was far too expensive.Overall it was a very positive experience and I didn't feel rushed at all. Dr . Tom explained everything well and encourage me to ask questions. Appointments are easy to schedule and the vet is open seven days a week with a few days even open as late as 8 PM.

Although I'm currently and sadly pet free at the moment, this was my vet for both my dog and my cat. No matter which vet you see, they are knowledgeable and awesome. No matter which side of town I lived on or how many vets there were between me and this one, I always came here. They have an awesome after hours service. I can't say enough wonderful things about them.

Unfortunately I shared the experience of Nikki below in relation to my cat. If I could give less that one star I would. I don't think they like cats here unless they are the placid ones that curl up and sleep all day. We also had a completely wrong diagnosis and were advised that our girl wouldn't last the week and were advised to have her put down. Unbelievably bad service here! All they could suggest was to "think about putting my cat to sleep" and this was from another vet who had not even seen my cat. The receptionists/nurses had zero compassion & then no one even advised me of the blood test results until I asked for them to be sent to my regular vet (Wattle Park vet ..who was away at the time). My sweet dog just finished Corentine after an international moods. I wanted to have her checked out because she seemed a little office and friends recommended the parade. Although I'm currently and sadly pet free at the moment, this was my vet for both my dog and my cat. No matter which vet you see, they are knowledgeable and awesome. No matter which side of town I lived on or how many vets there were between me and this one, I always came here. They have an awesome after hours service. I can't say enough wonderful things about them.
