At the Old Reynella Veterinary Clinic we offer friendly and personalised service from a team of professional and experienced Veterinarians and Veterinary Nurses. Specialising in preventative care for your four-legged friend, we offer a variety of services including consultation; emergency and critical care; routine desexing for dogs, cats and pocket pets; orthopaedic surgery; ultrasound; radiology; dentistry; microchipping; and in-house laboratory.
We stock an extensive range of super premium dog foods, and prescription diets; have an in depth knowledge on the safest and most effective flea and worming control, including heartworm prevention. We also stock a large range of soap-free shampoos and conditioners, including South Australia’s own Champion Tails; dental health support and specialised companion care products and toys.
At Old Reynella Veterinary Clinic the importance of continuity of care is paramount. By having a smaller staff base, we strive to build and maintain personal relationships with all of our clients, while maintaining the highest level of care for your companions.

Not very good cat has sore tooth charge $600 to clean tooth cat still has same issue. Said we can give a steroid injection for it. Steer clear if you don't want to be gouged.

I had my cat boy de sexed here, I have taken him back three times due to various complications. I have never had this sort of trouble in the past, however I understand this can happen.The location is good and parking easy as a shopping centre is nearby, it is a smaller practice and the staff are friendly.

This place is amazing!! Being crazy cat ladies with three rescued kitties, we come here mainly for yearly vaccinations, and for Frankie's 'manicure' ... yes, we have a naughty kitty who doesn't like her claws trimmed ;)Both the vets and the assistants are brilliant here - they know just how to handle even the most naughty animal, and offer great advice. We always feel like our cats are in the best hands.They also stock a wide range of Hills Science Diet, as well as toys, collars, etc.Highly recommended if you're in the area!

The staff at Old Reynella Veterinary Clinic had the privilege to look after our Wally from the time we got him in July 2001 until he passed away on 24th December 2014. I say privilege because to us he was the most precious pet we could have ever owned and such a clown with an awesome personality. He had his regular visits which we referred to as his major service as he had to be there all day to have his ears flushed, fold cleaned and those persistent nails cut....... He apparently was always the perfect patient!!!! We would like to pass on our thanks to all the wonderful staff who had any involvement in looking after wally for so many years. So thanks to Hazel, Michael (Woody), Kylie, Jenna, Roxanne and Michelle. From Bev, Bob, our Family and of course Wally
