The staff here are absolutely wonderful, I was quite upset when I arrived due to needing to euthanize my pet rat. I was taken straight to a consult room where I was able to be on my own. Every single staff member there was genuinely caring and kind but the vet who put my little girl to sleep was outstanding, she explained exactly what she was doing every step of the way and why and completely put my mind at rest, I would highly recommend using this clinic and I will never use anyone else. I'm so appreciative of the care taken and consideration given.

Fantastic vet clinic, great staff, awesome service. Felt like they listened to me and my concerns with our cat TC. He had a paw nail that was overgrown, and thanks to our vet Michelle, our concerns were put at ease. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and will recommend to anyone who want's that 'extra care' with their extended family. Thanks Michelle! You are our closest veterinary clinic and will continue to be. Totally awesome experience. Sorry I do not have any photo's, but it felt like I would be invading privacy due to the amount of people that were there on the day.
TC is a lot more happy tonight than he has been in quite a while. Thanks again Michelle.

I collected him at 330 and the nurses were fantastic at explaining everything. Plus he got a bravery certificate and a blue bow on his collar.

After a terrible experience at a well known vet in my area I was very protective about the future care of my Narla girl. I was referred on to Parahills and can honestly say they have made the last three years so much easier to care for a senior dog. Last week I had to make the decision to send my girl to be an angel and every single person at Parahills were incredible, they came to my home and made the final step beautiful. Our little man went off yesterday to be desexed he was so nervous he didn’t know what do with himself, we were greeted by the lovely lady at the desk telling her Felix was beside himself she spoke with nurse that let us sit with him while he had a sedative to calm him down ready for surgery, Felix was treated like royalty the girls where all amazing and Vet Dr Skinner was incredible she even offered to let Felix go in for regular visits so he could get used to them and used to being around people. He is now home recovering well, I highly recommend taking your fur babies here, we have never received such wonderful treatment. Thank you so much

Saying goodbye to a part of the family is never easy, especially one who has been in the family for 13 years. Para Hills Veterinary Clinic did a fantastic job of keeping my baby girl comfortable and gave us the perfect goodbye for such a special dog. I travel from the other side of town to take my dog to this vet. The staff are so friendly, and are happy to offer advice. I feel the veterinarians genuinely prioritise the wellbeing of my animal when I visit and that they aren't just trying to offer me the most expensive solution (unlike the experience I have had with a number of other vets in my time). Highly recommended.

Fantastic treatment. They even offered me a discount when I was waiting for more than half an hour after my appointment time. When I was told my animal has a life threatening illness the vet was very sweet and understanding with me and talked me through everything I had to do in great detail. Have been going to this vet with my animals for more than 6 years and will most definitely continue to do so. Highly recommend this vet team :)

Two weeks ago our almost thirteen year old blue heeler had a cough. We took him in to Dr Trudy and she found a lump in his spleen as well as a throat infection. After a week of antibiotics Our Bob had surgery to remove his spleen.There was a development during surgery and The clinic called to check what choices we wanted to make. We continued with his surgery and picked him up that evening. He's a very old man and his recovery was a bit stressful for us. Bobs a man who likes his own home!! We could have had Trudy and the team care for him at the clinic for a couple of days but thought that would be a bit stressful for him. Trudy was always available by phone for all our questions in the couple of days after his operation. We visited the clinic twice daily for his pain relief. The entire team there were supportive and so helpful. Last Friday we received Bobs results and he is tumour free. We felt like we won the lottery! Bobs a new man he has made a full recovery. Yesterday he was playing ball something he has not done in years! Thank you so much Trudy and team your care and follow up care is outstanding! Pez, Jackie, Meagan, Belinda and Bob

My parents had always used the vet clinic at Para Hills . I started volunteering at the clinic over 20 years ago when I was in high school because I knew I always wanted to be a Vet Nurse. It did my first work experience placement there and I loved every minute, so much, that I volunteered my time every Thursday night and Saturday morning for a few years. The owner at the time, Dr Matthew Condon, employed me as a junior nurse and I worked there for many years. I still, to this very day, talk about my experiences working at Para Hills Vet Clinic as one of the most memorable times in my life. We are still clients there, even though we have left the area. I applaud Trudy, the business owner, for her teams efforts in all that they do outside of the business hours and especially the bush fires that ravaged the state in January. I know many people that have wanted to thank Para Hills Vet Clinic for their dedication to the welfare of animals in the bush fires and the intimate response to those they have loved and lost. This is a clinic that has, over the many years, always cared for their clients and their loved ones, had the animals best interest at heart and gone above and beyond to care for anything needing help. I have never hesitated to recommend you to anyone and know you will always give the best care for any animal and give love and support to their owners. A big thanks to vet 'Jo' for caring for our beloved Carey in recent times. She is another shining start at Para Hills Vet Clinic!!!

S.A. RABBIT RESCUE has used and recommends the Para Hills Vet clinic since 2004 for all animals. We would like to advice that Cathy Skinner and Tess Holm are the 2 rabbit savvy vets at the practice and that both these ladies are experience in most health issues dealing with rabbits. If there are any exceptions they are honest and recommend specialists in the field. I have no hessitation is saying that from the wonderfully understanding Vet Nurses through to the experienced Vets on call, that there is no other Vet clinic that we would recommend so highly. Many thanks to all the staff at the Para Hills Vet Clinic for their love, understanding and dedication to the wellbeing of our wonderfull pet friends.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful, I was quite upset when I arrived due to needing to euthanize my pet rat. I was taken straight to a consult room where I was able to be on my own. Every single staff member there was genuinely caring and kind but the vet who put my little girl to sleep was outstanding, she explained exactly what she was doing every step of the way and why and completely put my mind at rest, I would highly recommend using this clinic and I will never use anyone else. I'm so appreciative of the care taken and consideration given.

Fantastic vet clinic, great staff, awesome service. Felt like they listened to me and my concerns with our cat TC. He had a paw nail that was overgrown, and thanks to our vet Michelle, our concerns were put at ease. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and will recommend to anyone who want's that 'extra care' with their extended family. Thanks Michelle! You are our closest veterinary clinic and will continue to be. Totally awesome experience. Sorry I do not have any photo's, but it felt like I would be invading privacy due to the amount of people that were there on the day.

I collected him at 330 and the nurses were fantastic at explaining everything. Plus he got a bravery certificate and a blue bow on his collar.

After a terrible experience at a well known vet in my area I was very protective about the future care of my Narla girl. I was referred on to Parahills and can honestly say they have made the last three years so much easier to care for a senior dog. Last week I had to make the decision to send my girl to be an angel and every single person at Parahills were incredible, they came to my home and made the final step beautiful. Our little man went off yesterday to be desexed he was so nervous he didn’t know what do with himself, we were greeted by the lovely lady at the desk telling her Felix was beside himself she spoke with nurse that let us sit with him while he had a sedative to calm him down ready for surgery, Felix was treated like royalty the girls where all amazing and Vet Dr Skinner was incredible she even offered to let Felix go in for regular visits so he could get used to them and used to being around people. He is now home recovering well, I highly recommend taking your fur babies here, we have never received such wonderful treatment. Thank you so much

Saying goodbye to a part of the family is never easy, especially one who has been in the family for 13 years. Para Hills Veterinary Clinic did a fantastic job of keeping my baby girl comfortable and gave us the perfect goodbye for such a special dog. I travel from the other side of town to take my dog to this vet. The staff are so friendly, and are happy to offer advice. I feel the veterinarians genuinely prioritise the wellbeing of my animal when I visit and that they aren't just trying to offer me the most expensive solution (unlike the experience I have had with a number of other vets in my time). Highly recommended.

Fantastic treatment. They even offered me a discount when I was waiting for more than half an hour after my appointment time. When I was told my animal has a life threatening illness the vet was very sweet and understanding with me and talked me through everything I had to do in great detail. Have been going to this vet with my animals for more than 6 years and will most definitely continue to do so. Highly recommend this vet team :)

Two weeks ago our almost thirteen year old blue heeler had a cough. We took him in to Dr Trudy and she found a lump in his spleen as well as a throat infection. After a week of antibiotics Our Bob had surgery to remove his spleen.There was a development during surgery and The clinic called to check what choices we wanted to make. We continued with his surgery and picked him up that evening. He's a very old man and his recovery was a bit stressful for us. Bobs a man who likes his own home!! We could have had Trudy and the team care for him at the clinic for a couple of days but thought that would be a bit stressful for him. Trudy was always available by phone for all our questions in the couple of days after his operation. We visited the clinic twice daily for his pain relief. The entire team there were supportive and so helpful. Last Friday we received Bobs results and he is tumour free. We felt like we won the lottery! Bobs a new man he has made a full recovery. Yesterday he was playing ball something he has not done in years! Thank you so much Trudy and team your care and follow up care is outstanding! Pez, Jackie, Meagan, Belinda and Bob

My parents had always used the vet clinic at Para Hills . I started volunteering at the clinic over 20 years ago when I was in high school because I knew I always wanted to be a Vet Nurse. It did my first work experience placement there and I loved every minute, so much, that I volunteered my time every Thursday night and Saturday morning for a few years. The owner at the time, Dr Matthew Condon, employed me as a junior nurse and I worked there for many years. I still, to this very day, talk about my experiences working at Para Hills Vet Clinic as one of the most memorable times in my life. We are still clients there, even though we have left the area. I applaud Trudy, the business owner, for her teams efforts in all that they do outside of the business hours and especially the bush fires that ravaged the state in January. I know many people that have wanted to thank Para Hills Vet Clinic for their dedication to the welfare of animals in the bush fires and the intimate response to those they have loved and lost. This is a clinic that has, over the many years, always cared for their clients and their loved ones, had the animals best interest at heart and gone above and beyond to care for anything needing help. I have never hesitated to recommend you to anyone and know you will always give the best care for any animal and give love and support to their owners. A big thanks to vet 'Jo' for caring for our beloved Carey in recent times. She is another shining start at Para Hills Vet Clinic!!!

S.A. RABBIT RESCUE has used and recommends the Para Hills Vet clinic since 2004 for all animals. We would like to advice that Cathy Skinner and Tess Holm are the 2 rabbit savvy vets at the practice and that both these ladies are experience in most health issues dealing with rabbits. If there are any exceptions they are honest and recommend specialists in the field. I have no hessitation is saying that from the wonderfully understanding Vet Nurses through to the experienced Vets on call, that there is no other Vet clinic that we would recommend so highly. Many thanks to all the staff at the Para Hills Vet Clinic for their love, understanding and dedication to the wellbeing of our wonderfull pet friends.
