The veterinarian, Kylie, can come across a bit abrupt but she is a great, knowledgeable vet and she's upfront and tells it how it is. I took my two cats to have their vaccinations and Kylie gave me some great advice on dietary plans for my fat cat and advice on how to keep indoor cats active. When I started going there, it was no trouble to set up my cat's details with them. My cat's vaccinations have been quick and they also listen to their heart, check their teeth, check the temp & feel their torso. I'm happy that when I remind them that my cat needs an antihistamine before his vaccinations (he had a bad reaction at a previous clinic), they are already aware of it and didn't fob me off. Last year, one of my cats passed away and Payneham Vet Centre staff were very sympathetic and even sent a beautiful condolence card. They sell good, healthy food here!
