We offer 24 hour vet help phone service, or hospital emergency care 24/7 (based centrally at our hospital in KADINA) & a range of other services such as Puppy PreSchool, vet home visits, community programmes & cat boarding facilities.

I'm so disappointed right now. we walked in with a bird that couldn't breath, the lady behind the counter choose to ignore our little guy and spend all her time with the dog that came in after us. 10 ...
I'm so disappointed right now. we walked in with a bird that couldn't breath, the lady behind the counter choose to ignore our little guy and spend all her time with the dog that came in after us. 10 mins not once did she check on our little guy, he died in the waiting room struggling to breath not one did he get checked on. On the way out I said he had died and she replied " Well I have a medical emergency" I guess my bird in her eyes isn't a priority.
He was to me!

I took my snakes in for a check up today. And let’s say I’m not overly impressed. When booking my appointment they just so happened to forget to inform me that they dnt currently employ a reptile spe...
I took my snakes in for a check up today. And let’s say I’m not overly impressed. When booking my appointment they just so happened to forget to inform me that they dnt currently employ a reptile specialist. So instead I end up with a young girl (who stated “I’m not a big fan of snakes”) tell me she’s googled it and she thinks that’ll be fine. Ffs what was I paying her for

I'm so disappointed right now. we walked in with a bird that couldn't breath, the lady behind the counter choose to ignore our little guy and spend all her time with the dog that came in after us. 10 mins not once did she check on our little guy, he died in the waiting room struggling to breath not one did he get checked on.
