Stephen Terrace Veterinary Clinic was established by Dr Angus Brown at its current location in August of 1992.
The initial concept was to provide excellent medical and surgical services. This has not changed since the inception of the practice. In an ever changing world we have come to realise that continuity of care, excellence in service and good communication are the basic and reasonable expectations of our clients. This philosophy governs Stephen Terrace and is paramount when we select and employ all our team members.
The expansion of knowledge in the Veterinary field over the past decade has been phenomenal. With the advent of specialists and superspecialists, it is no longer advisable for one person to wear all hats as in the past. At Stephen Terrace we know what we do well. In addition to the services we provide, we have also developed a broad network of professional contacts both locally, interstate and internationally. This enables us to obtain the best advice for your pet, and in some instances outsource the treatment to a separate specialist or centre of excellence.

Angus Brown, Lara and the rest of the team at Stephen Terrace Veterinary Clinic are amazing. The dedication and care that my beloved dog, Kramer received (he had lymphoma) was way above expectations. I am not a person who is normally generous with my praise, but Angus definitely went above and beyond in how he looked after Kramer. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Angus and his team. Best vets in Adelaide.

The Stephen Terrace Vet clinic team are the most caring, professional group I've ever found.......... We found Angus through a mutual friend at a time that we were in need of help for our Bichon/Maltese X after having had four other vet clinics tell us conflicting care plans/info - haven't looked back - we have 3 dogs - ACE team of vets and Vet Nurses - Highly recommend

The lovely staff behind the counter are very professional, friendly and so helpful both in person and on the phone! When you see an owner of a business working there all the time you know it's a good place to go.....and Angus is one of the most hard working professionals we have met! They had our little daisy pug for desexing yesterday and she is right as rain today. Loved the fact that they took the time to explain the procedure before hand, rang me when she was out of surgery and then post op had plenty of time to ask questions with the vet. Daisy even received a bravery award and they dresses her pug soft toy up like her bandages and bows! We will be taking our other dog to them and cannot speak more highly of them. And also appreciated the follow up call the next day to make sure daisy was ok

They had our little daisy pug for desexing yesterday and she is right as rain today. Loved the fact that they took the time to explain the procedure before hand, rang me when she was out of surgery and then post op had plenty of time to ask questions with the vet. Daisy even received a bravery award and they dresses her pug soft toy up like her bandages and bows! We will be taking our other dog to them and cannot speak more highly of them. And also appreciated the follow up call the next day to make sure daisy was ok
