I use this particular vet clinic for the convenience of a one minute drive, as my cats hate being in the car. The receptionist and vet nurse are very friendly. Each time I have been there I have had a different vet but they all seemed nice. Oh! I have to mention that handsome little ginger cat that hangs around the waiting room. He is so friendly and tried comforting my distressed cat. Apparently the cat is deaf, not entirely sure but he is gorgeous. 😻Read Less

I casually popped in to pick up some flea treatment, on my way home! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!! I DID initially purchase the 3 individual dosages (all single doses removed from a 6pk, inner packets of which, displaying "not for individual sale") but after going home realised that the poducts had infact expired April 2016! When I discovered the products were expired, I called back & spoke to Jaci (the receptionist at that time) who was ABSOLUTELY LOVELY, and APOLOGETIC,after explaining the dilemma to her, we discovered that ALL THEIR CURRENT "on shelf" product had EXPIRED EARLY 2016, and She went on to explain that I could drop past and get a FULL REFUND, NO PROBLEM AT ALL, ALL GOOD! BUT, the Very Next Morning, I TRIED to get my money refunded and had a FIGHT€ on my hands!!! The lovely lady I spoke to the previous afternoon (Jaci) was NOT there, as it was her day off! And THAT IS WHERE THE TROUBLE BEGAN!!!! The Person I spoke to was RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, & insisted on talking OVER me, causing me to raise my voice, only to have her SCREAM at me over the phone, and Bellow at me accusing ME of being the Rude one!! And she continued BELLOWING at me that the product although it had an expiry date a YEAR past, it was perfectly safe & they would not sell an UNSAFE product, albeit EXPIRED!! She even tried to tell me (even though this particular person was NOT present during the initial transaction) that APPARENTLY, I witnessed Jaci take the items I purchased, out of a box with an expiry date 2018, even though they were ALL individualized in little baggies BEFORE I even turned up to purchase them!!! It was a constant struggle with this RUDE, RUDE woman to get ANY money refunded AT ALL!!!! My hats off to Jaci.....She IS a Lovely Lady to deal with, and could spot the problem straight away! BUT......AFTER THE DISGUSTNG way I was treated by this other, un-named receptionist (I DO know her name, but REFUSE to name the RUDE Brut.) My Stupidity and Laziness brought me to this vet, PURELY for CONVENIENCE! BUT, I WILL NEVER, EVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN! I will stick to my USUAL Vet on Park Ave, Salisbury they are LOVELY€, POLITE, WELL STOCKED (ALL IN DATE), and Never, but NEVER, SCREAM at their clients, whilst mid sentence!! I WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE 0 STARS, BUT, Because Jaci is a lovely, polite, understanding person to deal with, I have awarded 1 ! Read Less

Not even worth the one star. people have to stop trusting vets and start researching.. I booked in for a 2nd opinion my dogs mast cell tumour diagnosis. I wanted a fine needle sample taken as all signs pointed to the initial vet lying about the diagnosis. They have on file I booked in for a fine needle sample, instead he took my consult fee and talked me out of getting a 2nd opinion. Stating that mast cell tumor cells are the easiest cells to indentify.. So i walked out scratching my head. The next day I was most angry that he took my money for nothing. I didn't want a discussion, I don't trust their opinions, I wanted a test taken in front of me and to see the results..... Today i called up asking about a fecal worms test, the lady on the phone tried to talk me out of it, suggesting I just worm her anyway... Mainstream worming treatments are toxic, I suggest you google the brand they suggest, and google the possible side effects... I tried to tell her exactly that and i just want the test... She continued to tell me to treat her anyway, intestinal worms can be treated with pumpkin seeds.... I paid $5,000 for my dog, not them, I have paid all her care since, not them. These things should be my decision, not theirs... They also gave my cat a Flu vaccine while suspected he had the flu.... Not only does a vaccine not kill the flu, it's claimed to prevent it, but it also carries live virus and quite likely thimersol %50 mercury. Read Less
