Dr Ken was very caring and showed compassion when our cat died. He is also very knowledgeable. We have been taking our pets here for years, and have never had a problem.

He was fine the first time he came to see our dog although I did hear him be rude to another client on the phone while he was at our house.
The next time he came he was rushed & seemed more concerned ...
He was fine the first time he came to see our dog although I did hear him be rude to another client on the phone while he was at our house.
The next time he came he was rushed & seemed more concerned about getting home so he could go away for the weekend.
He gave our dog at least 4 injections of god knows what plus tablets for him to have over the weekend.
Within minutes of him leaving our house our dog died. We were frantically trying to contact him as he drove off down the road however his phone was conveniently uncontactable.
My dealings with him after this event were horrible, he’s rude & had no compassion at all.

They made an appointment with us but rang up and cancelled on the day. They told us that they couldn't fit us in for the day. Why make the appointment then? We'd already waited 3 days for them to come...
They made an appointment with us but rang up and cancelled on the day. They told us that they couldn't fit us in for the day. Why make the appointment then? We'd already waited 3 days for them to come in the first place. It wasn't as if they made us a priority. We'd given our dog medication in preparation of the vet's visit. They didn't care. They actually had the nerve to blame us for them cancelling the appointment. They were rude and completely indifferent to our dog's well being. I wouldn't use this vet service if it was the last one on the planet. Don't trust them to keep appointments. They won't. And don't trust them to care for your animal. They don't care at all.
