We have always found them great in the past so didn't hesitate to continue when they changed hands. Unfortunately the time came for our dear 17 year old girl to cross the rainbow bridge which is never easy. They were so wonderful and understanding and really went the extra mile to make it as gentle a journey for all of us as possible. They even sent us a card a week later. Totally unexpected but much appreciated. To some animals are animals and to the rest of us they are furry family members. It's nice to find a vet that understand us. Thankyou! Read Less
