Yuri is a wonderful vet, kind,compassionate and very good with animals. Unfortunately over the past year or so this practice has not even as good. The reason, the receptionist, Eliza, she has a attitude that has no place in a veterinary clinic. She cuts you down when you speak, if you ask to,speak to the vet, she dosent like it, she won't listen, and has a attitude of I'm in charge. If you contact this clinic and want to speak to the vet, push the point as she will just, say no. It's a shame as the vet is fantastic, I just don't understand why she has a receptionist that has no place being there, who has a chip on her shoulder. My dog Beaver and I had a great experience at this veterinary clinic. Dr. Masui was very thorough in her examination and pinpointed my poor dogs urinary tract problems. Her assistants were also very personable and loved Beaver and showed him a lot of attention! We were prescribed a special dog food and antibiotics and he is now good to go! Read Less
