Would not recommend to anyone, I wish we had driven to Port Augusta because our beautiful British bulldog would still be alive, Andrew did not listen to anything we said just wanted to get us in for unneeded surgery (completely unrelated to why we visited) kept saying he would die over and over. did not once ask us if our dog was okay with other dogs (had his little dog in the room) very abrupt and rude, completely disregarded everything we said and did not listen to the two people whom knew this dog best. Such a poor experience that will haunt us forever. Read Less

When asked about costs, different staff members quote different things. Overquoted and charged. No one seems to have a clue there. I was NOT happy at all. I won't be going back. Read Less
