Vets missed stomach tumor after regularly goint there. Said it was food allergy. She died at roseworthy hospital at ten months old in horrific pain. Rang them up to say she died. Did not get any condo...
Vets missed stomach tumor after regularly goint there. Said it was food allergy. She died at roseworthy hospital at ten months old in horrific pain. Rang them up to say she died. Did not get any condolence card etc nothing. Emailed them to ask why and was told it was an oversight and thanks for the feedback as it betters their buisness. Absolute disgrace. Would not recomend. We lost our beautiful girl due to poor service and the couldn't even acknowledge her death.

After finding out that a local groomer had cut our dog and it had become infected I phone the vet straight away.. mind you this was at 11:30am on a Saturday and they were to close at 12pm however we w...
After finding out that a local groomer had cut our dog and it had become infected I phone the vet straight away.. mind you this was at 11:30am on a Saturday and they were to close at 12pm however we were stuck in traffic at sailsbury.. they booked my dog straight in and said to get there as quick as we could as they were due to close. We got their slightly after 12.. and they stayed open and waited for us to get there!! Thankyou so much guys! This is why we refuse to take our animals anywhere else!! Muchly appreciated xxxx

Vets missed stomach tumor after regularly goint there. Said it was food allergy. She died at roseworthy hospital at ten months old in horrific pain. Rang them up to say she died.
