The support staff are very good but the surgery practice is not. My dog had a lump removed and the stitches were bunched up. The vet said that that is what happens when you stitch a round hole straight, but I've had dogs all my life and have never seen anything like this. They put in three stitches. My dog hasn't worried the stitches at all but the last stitch on the right hand side has broken free of the bunched up skin leaving an open wound, just through his normal movement. The left hand stitch is still holding the skin in an awful knot that is attracting flys. It's Christmas and I'm taking my dog to an emergency vet. I won't be going back there again. I don't know how to post photos here but if I could You would know how concerned I am. Read Less

Our Kelpie x Cattle dog (Kirra) accidentally chewed a full 25 Mg Voltaren tablet which I was lucky enough to catch her in the act. We phoned the team at the Surgery and the Vet Nurse was brilliant saying that she would get back to me ASAP after consulting the Vet. You could only imagine our distress not knowing what the possible complications may be from Kirra ingesting this tablet. They were so quick to allay our fears and confirm what information I had managed to gather from Google search on the subject. Absolutely BRILLIANT and would not hesitate to recommend this Surgery to anyone in the Huon Valley / Channel area. 5 STAR all the way! Read Less
