Laura and the crew were very professional and you could tell they genuinely cared for Loki. Loki is eating and drinking and playing.... And not biting. Thanks for your fantastic service

Spent a short time doing work experience here. The staff are caring and very capable. The owner is quite involved in running the place, and that he lives nearby makes it very accessible for late night...

Amy is one of the nicest people I have ever met! Both my cat and dog just love her. She is such a caring person and I know they are in good hands when they're not feeling well! Highly recommended them...
