Still not 100% Although the only full time male vet at the practice diagnosed a $1000 operation on a 11 yo dog today without doing a biopsy, he is a amazing vet or a total opertunist

Hi David, I dont usually acknowledge these sorts of reviews but... The dog in question (Noel and Coral's dog) was sedated and a sample of the lump taken by fine needle biopsy. I'm not sure what your definition of a biopsy is but if you were expecting a surgical excisional biopsy in a consulation, then you have either unreasonable or unrealistic expectations. As for the surgery I "diagnosed" (not even sure what that means but...), my recommendation was to watch the lump and assess how it progresses. I discussed a possible surgery and gave an indicative price. Thank you for your input though. Michael
