Called a few weeks back about my cat with a broken tail. Finally calmed down enough to post a PG review about the absolutely ATROCIOUS manner from a receptionist that told me if i couldn't pay today then no treatment for my severely injured cat. So, if you don't have a few hundred dollars to hand right on over, then you may as well let you pet languish and die in pain, according to them. Managed by company that oversees most local vets (VTC), check websites to avoid them. Had to self treat at home (thanks internet!) at great risk. It's a bit of a hike but go to Forth vet if you can - cares about animals, not wallets. Still furious at this. Furious. People with zero empathy should work in abbatoirs, not animal hospitals.
