The staff were very compassionate and caring towards me, my husband and especially my fur baby. They explained the process of euthanising my poor boy. They also rest assured my doubts and explained there was nothing more I can do and that this was the best thing for him. They were very professional through the whole process and even though I am saddened by his passing I feel as though he had a nice peaceful death. So a big thank you to all the staff who looked after us that afternoon.

As first time dog owners the staff have been invaluable to us! We have had a number of visits and each and every visit has been warm, welcoming and informative. I have called the clinic numerous times for advice on small things too and they have always happily given us advice and reassurance.

Altona Vet is the best Vet Clinic I've ever been to, They cared for my pet Snuggles when she was in for de-sexing. As a first time pet owner I was a little worried about the surgery but all the staff were so informative and caring it put my mind at ease. I will continue to take Snuggles here for all her Veterinary needs :)

Absolute worst Vet I have ever been to. Took my cat there, was told she had a urinary infection and was given antibiotics which would cure her. She was absolutely fine, her condition had actually improved. She was eating, playing, sleeping and running as normal.
She died the next morning.
The staff and owner of the Altona Vet said "nothing we could of known, sorry."
Prior to this I had a bad experience with same the male vet handling my cat roughly and throwing her around.

The staff were very compassionate and caring towards me, my husband and especially my fur baby. They explained the process of euthanising my poor boy. They also rest assured my doubts and explained there was nothing more I can do and that this was the best thing for him. They were very professional through the whole process and even though I am saddened by his passing I feel as though he had a nice peaceful death. So a big thank you to all the staff who looked after us that afternoon.

Altona Vet is the best Vet Clinic I've ever been to, They cared for my pet Snuggles when she was in for de-sexing. As a first time pet owner I was a little worried about the surgery but all the staff were so informative and caring it put my mind at ease.
