I was recommended a few years back by a friends and have never felt so welcomed and accommodated before. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about there products and services and are more than happy to answer all your questions. My cat gets extremely upset when she goes to the vets and will lash out at them but they still treat her with so much respect and understand how to handle her that they are actually able to do things like tablet and even take blood with minimum restraint!! This vet clinic provides exceptional care for pets and their owners alike. I'd like to give a big shout out to Dr Channy who is a wealth of knowledge and provides the best advice and has our dogs best interests at heart. She has helped us on many occasions with behavioural advice for our highly anxious dog, Belle, and is always available to put our worries at ease. The vet nurses are also fantastic and you can see how much they love the animals in their care. I'd highly recommend this vet practice to anyone looking for a good clinic for their pets. Mbali and I are really happy with Dr. Anne and the nice and lovely nurses in Flemington Veterinary for all the good work they do every time that I take her for grooming or check ups. Mbali is a really shy dog and in Flemington Vet they make her feel very comfortable. I love the friendly reminders to keep her up to date with her vaccinations and all the recommendations they give me to keep Mbali healthy. Very impressed by Flemington Vet Hospital, we have a Maltese Terrier who gets extremely distressed and is usually traumatized for weeks after a grooming and nail clipping session. Today we tried the Flemington Vet Hospital in the hope that our dog would not have such a traumatic experience. Somehow the staff at Flemington Vet Hospital managed to groom and clip his nails and gave him back to us happier and calmer than when he went in!! Very reasonably priced ( on par with other Dog groomers) for such an exceptional service. Will definately be our regular Dog Groomer from now on, just so impressed. Thanks guys!! Read Less

I have repeatedly been given the impression that these people are solely after draining customers of money than providing any empathy or care to your pet. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Ps. Worst telephone experience ever, very money hungry when all I wanted was some advice, the lady I talked to over the phone was very rude and pushy, no customer service nor empathy for my concern even though I had clearly stated I was wanting to come in for my dogs cut paw. The owner does not seem to care for / bond with animals and I got the distinct impression that she was only keen to run a business and get as much $ as possible. Services are overpriced and it seems more like a pet shop than an animal hospital. The receptionist was rude. I am never going back there again. My dog was scared of her and she is never scared of anyone who loves animals.Read Less
