I took a kitten in critical condition to the vet where you could see a mile off needed urgent attention. They refused to see the kitten before I had filled all the forms in. I would have happily fille...
I took a kitten in critical condition to the vet where you could see a mile off needed urgent attention. They refused to see the kitten before I had filled all the forms in. I would have happily filled the forms in later but the insistence that it be done before the kitten be seen likely resulted in him passing. This is a vet which prioritizes filling in paperwork over saving lives if your animal is in critical condition and time is of the essense do not take it here.

my dog means the world to me and wouldn't trust them with a rat neither the less a pet. They would have to be the rudest most intolerable people i have across in a long long time. We have ended up taking our dog to werribee vet science clinic to get the appropriate care and medical attention he requires. Been required to give them one star to post this when they don't even deserve that!

The vet table was not even cleaned from previous pet. Not one person was pleasant or smiled. I want better service and kindness for my pet. Will not return.

We have ended up taking our dog to werribee vet science clinic to get the appropriate care and medical attention he requires. Bad customer service and filthy. 5 employees were at the counter yet NO One acknowledged our presence for almost 15 min. It smells and it is very very dirty. The vet table was not even cleaned from previous pet. Not one person was pleasant or smiled. I want better service and kindness for my pet. Will not return.
