The past 2 visits, I've been greeted with the rudest people behind the counter... I've actually never experienced anything like it. I was accused of robbing them the first visit because I was told the day before I was able to pay in to their bank acc as I had lost my card. I was yelled at over this and embarrassed in front other people visiting. Yesterday, I was in their office crying as I found my cat half dead on my front lawn, I explained to her I needed an emergency vet, I explained that I had no access to a phone and her response was can't help ya, go and get it then we'll deal with it. I went and got my poor cat and took him to the Bairnsdale Animal Hospital who frantically ran outside to my car with a towel and immediately started treating him for shock. I wish all the people I recommended to here I actually recommended to the Animal Hospital :( It's a shame because I used to swear by the vets here and while the vets may still be amazing but I've only ever dealt with ONE (and one only) nice older lady behind the counter.
