After a poor experience at another vet this week feeling judged due to the breed we have being told a mouthy pup needed retraining we went the Greencross. From the second we arrived we felt comfortable because the receptionist was on the floor playing with Charlie then the Vet also played with our beautiful girl. Then after the consultation the receptionist bought out her beautiful golden retriever to have puppy play with our beautiful girl. I’ll never go to another vet customers for life. Vet turn over has been way too high recently, sick of going in and seeing a different vet every time and having to explain problems over and over for animals that have chronic issues, then being asked to back track over treatments which have been tried and failed which costs more time and money. Extremely expensive, though all vets charge exorbitant rates because they can get away with it as there is no alternatives if you've got a sick animal, so it's par for the course. Read Less

Refused to fix up microchipping information they submitted incorrectly, rough with animal handling, desk staff wanting to play with my and my sisters /mums puppies rather than paying attention to what is being said or asked. Took forever to put our information into the computer, vet was rough when handeling and now my sisters / mums dog hates the vet. Desk staff (x2) also ignored a customer with a sick animal for about 10 mins after their arrival as they we're too busy playing with the puppies. Baby animals are cute but not babies forever.
