Dr Charlotte is an absolute star. Did everything that she could to save my daughter's beautiful goat "Summer", but was unfortunately unsuccessful. Went out of her way to come and talk to her about it, and then sent her a beautiful card a few days later. Dedicated, compassionate and caring. Can't ask for any more than that.

Out of all the vets I've been to this vet is hands down the best. They know what their talking about. Very professional. You might get a cuppa if your patient enough waiting to be served next. They've helped us during dog pregnancy to dog labor to something not right it can get fixed. It's one expensive visit it part of service and knowledge. If only their was vet bulk billing like us humans use Medicare. Haha.

We have had Alex out a few times now to our horse and we have taken dogs into the clinic. These vets and staff are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, caring, compassionate and allowed me to ask "silly" questions. I have found them very approachable and very affordable. They are now our regular vet and we highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys.

Out of all the vets I've been to this vet is hands down the best. They know what their talking about. Very professional. You might get a cuppa if your patient enough waiting to be served next.
