If I could give a zero feedback I would. I wish I had never come to this centre. My five and half months old kitten had a desexing in the centre on Monday. The kitten stopped eating and drinking on Wed., We contacted the centre on Friday daytime and told them the kitten stopped eating and drinking for 2 days. We were told to monitor the kitten instead of being asked to take it back for a check straight away. We finally had to take kitten to the emergency centre Saturday night as the little one looked so weak. The vet there found my little kitten have had bad infection all over belly inside although the outside looks alright, lots of fluid came out of it. I spent more than $4,000 for a surgery and treatment and tried to save little kitten's life and she still passed away. I and my kids nearly cried our eyes out. This was the first time I used this centre and will also be the last time. I want my "baby" back!!!

We have been taking our Border Collie to Beaconsfield Vet for 4 years, however our older dog we continued with the Vet she had been seeing since she was a pup. Two weeks ago we made the heart breaking decision to have our old girl put to sleep. Staff were so fantastic and today I have arrived home from work to find a beautifully written letter, poem and a plant to remember Bonnie. Such a lovely sentiment. THANKYOU

Amazing staff and vets, good facility. Came to our house to put down our dog last year, very helpful and the best thing they could have done for her when she needed to be home with her family one last time. Very friendly and personal, one vet we have consistently knows us and our dogs, gives us confidence he knows what's best for them. Just a bit pricey (though I guess that's expected).

They certainly went beyond the call of duty making Tonka's final moments very special for the whole family, and the special hand delivered plant, poem and letter was very much appreciated. Can't recommend them highly enough, if you are looking for a great vet this is certainly the one.

Unbelievable - and sad - but true. I can't give 0 otherwise I would have done it.
I called and a young receptionist has hung up on me. I called again and she did it for the second time. This happened at 1:15pm on Dec 12, 2016.
Unprofessional, rude, also stupid because she doesn't know that my call may have been important.
I would never bring my Pet there, no way!! I expect a different attitude from people that deal with Pets and I must say this young girl has destroyed any possibility of trust in less than a minute.
Owners should be very careful when they employ their staff.

I've been taking Barney our 12 year old Labrador to Beaconsfield Vet Clinic for the last 10 years. I could not be happier with their service and care given to our old boy. Staff are really friendly and genuine. Dr Steve is very knowledgable and looks afer your pets as his own. Barney and I highly recommend Steve and his team!

Took our sick 3 year old Aussie Shepard to this vet on Friday. Was told they couldn't find anything wrong with him. Took a blood test and were told we should get call on the Monday. He was still very ...
Took our sick 3 year old Aussie Shepard to this vet on Friday. Was told they couldn't find anything wrong with him. Took a blood test and were told we should get call on the Monday. He was still very unwell on the Saturday. Took him to another vet on the Saturday and they admitted him into the critical care straight away noticing something wrong with his kidneys. He died on the Sunday. We called on Tuesday to let them know what had happened, found them very unapologetic. We understand that them detecting problem sooner may not have affected the outcome. We would like them to learn from their mistakes.

If I could give a zero feedback I would. I wish I had never come to this centre. My five and half months old kitten had a desexing in the centre on Monday. The kitten stopped eating and drinking on Wed., We contacted the centre on Friday daytime and told them the kitten stopped eating and drinking for 2 days. We were told to monitor the kitten instead of being asked to take it back for a check straight away. We finally had to take kitten to the emergency centre Saturday night as the little one looked so weak. The vet there found my little kitten have had bad infection all over belly inside although the outside looks alright, lots of fluid came out of it. I spent more than $4,000 for a surgery and treatment and tried to save little kitten's life and she still passed away. I and my kids nearly cried our eyes out. This was the first time I used this centre and will also be the last time. I want my "baby" back!!!

Staff are really friendly and genuine. Dr Steve is very knowledgable and looks afer your pets as his own. Barney and I highly recommend Steve and his team!

Took our sick 3 year old Aussie Shepard to this vet on Friday. Was told they couldn't find anything wrong with him. Took a blood test and were told we should get call on the Monday. He was still very unwell on the Saturday. Took him to another vet on the Saturday and they admitted him into the critical care straight away noticing something wrong with his kidneys. He died on the Sunday. We called on Tuesday to let them know what had happened, found them very unapologetic. We understand that them detecting problem sooner may not have affected the outcome. We would like them to learn from their mistakes.
